Conduit vs 360 graphics comparison!

Hey have you all seen the new screens and video at IGN. ITS AWSOME and shows that this game will produce awsome visuals by the time it releases (it already is now). Anyways ................. High voltage stated that the game would look like a early xbox 360 game so in this thread i want to put this theory to the test (take note the screens are still really early).

The Conduit vs Perfect dark, half life 2 (pc), and halo 3 (even though it isnt an early shooter

PISTOLS!! and hands (also with the conduit pic notice the smoke coming up from the shot of alien gun. that shows that the developers are putting alot of extra effort info the effects and such , for it looks really good!)

(perfect dark doesnt really have alien weapons according to the screens) so i just picked a big gun.

The 360 games CLEARLY look better.

But for the Wii, Conduit's graphics are pretty impressive.

and also i never played hl2 so i wouldnt know the alien weaponry. I just saw a gun that looked sort of alien so i decided to use it.snowskatefreak

The original HL had a slew of alien weapons, HL2 had the bug bait (which was an item used to control the Ant Lions in the picture you posted) and to a lesser extent, the Combine rifle. You really should play HL2 in someway, its EASILY one of the best games ever made.

Sorry to break it to you guys but... ITS THE NEXT GEN! I have never understood the excuse "it's pretty good for a wii" and think of it as actually gd graphics. Wii graphics are crap compared to PS3 and 360 and it has the graphics of last gen. The funny part is how its graphcis are compared to ps2 and xbox, systems of like 5 or 6 years ago. Games that are colourful and simple like mario tend to have the best graphics for the wii because of their appeal and colourfulness (if thats word). Simple as this....the conduit doesn't look half as gd as the other shooters and wii games will probably never will look as gd as 360 or ps3 games. There's a reason its a bit more than 100$ cheaper; it got crap hardware. So forget this potential thing... the only games that will be somewhat gd graphics even comapred to the other systems are the Nintendo games because of how they pretty much are using the wii to its max. Wii is for babies and kids who like to swing their hand around. If you want to play an actual good looking and fun shooter...i suggest trashing the wii and getting a real system.blazemasta

P.S. I didn't watch the video that displays The Conduits graphics in a way that many developers and Wii owners have dismissed as impossible on the Wii because I came here to be a douche.
