Confessions of a Wii owner.

-mywii isnt even mine for starters. my then 18 year old brother bought it at launch and i played it forthe timei was there,getting up to teh water temple in LoZ:TP and beating COD3. then i went onvacation for a month with my parents he stayed homeandwe got home he had it in his room insteadof the loungeroom and wouldnt let me takeit out, even saying "if u want it u pay me the $400" it was only until about 3 weeks ago i got it out without him caring and started playing everything all over again becuase he restarted it for some reason or something.

-I have the wi-fi usb thingo but still havent set it up to play online, nor do i plan on doing it.

-i have only 3 games, COD 3, LoZ:TP (which i still havent beaten)and Wii sports (by teh end of the year i should also have RE4, RE:UC and FE:RD)

-It's game library is very low imo.

-I can get some VC games but again cant be bothered (waste if 20 bucks)

I have Mario Party drinking games with my friends.

I played that stupid game on the Metroid preview channel (where you uncover the pictures of Samus) more than once.

I watch HomeStar Runner on the Wii, just so I can zoom in enough to cover the whole screen.

When I first got my Wii, I spent at least 10 minutes pointing the controller around at the screen, just because it was entertaining.

I am above "pro" level in tennis on Wii Sports, and I once beat my girlfriend at tennis while I was in another room (I couldn't see the screen)

From now on, for at least the next few years, I'm going to ask only for Wii games for Christmas/birthday presents. from my firends and family.

I own a skin for the Wii that makes it look like the NES.

Even though I knew that the Wii couldn't play DVD's, I still put one in, just to be sure.

My console's name is Wii3PO.

- I have made Mii characters for all my friends and family ......... and they look EXACTLY like the real life people they represent, it's almost scary ......

- I plan on getting more Wii games, but not until I finish off playing through all my unfinished cube games first .....

- When my computer was down I had to write lots of emails on my Wii and it was painful, almost beyond measure, "click" ...... long pause ....."click" ...... you get the idea .....

- I got a Wii point gift card for Christmas ...... last year ...... and still haven't used it because I already own all the games I want for my old systems ......

- Every time I see the screen that warns you you need to "attach the wrist strap", and "make a clear space to play" I laugh about the stupid people out there that actually broke their televisions by hurling a Wii mote into the screen

- Sometimes I turn on the Wii weather channel and leave it on the globe view for and hour or two,just because it make me feel like an astronaut

- Firmly believe that if everybody owned a Wii they would be happier people

- I looked back over my "Play History" and since getting my Wii back in December at the EU launch I've totalled in 2112 hours, that's 88 days :P

- I have 3 Wii-mote/Nun-chuck skins one for SPM, Zelda and one for Mario Strikers :D

-I don't have any online games

-I enjoyed SSX Blur

-I hate playing GC games on my Wii, so I set up my GC right next to it.

-I'm only 10 or so hours into Twilight Princess.

-I'm not as excited for SMG as I should be.

-I still only have 1 Wiimote and Nunchuck.

-i'm a little dissapointed with the games coming on the wii

-i'm hyped for SSBB

- I want a good online interface on the wii

-i only have zelda twilight princess and wii sports

I own 13 Wii games, I haven't been dissapointed in any, bar Red Steel.

I enjoy playing the Wii online, and yes, I'm a PC gamer as well.

Metroid Prime 3 is pretty damn close to being my favorite game of all time. It filled in what the previous primes lacked and made probably the most solid single-player game I've ever played. Even better than Ocarina, but then again I'm a FPS junkie. And yes, I rank it above Half-Life, even though I love HL.

I'm hoping the Wii gets more painfully addictive games in 08, perhaps I'll have time inbetween Brawls to play them.

The recently announced Super Swing Golf 2 better have online. Seriously, SSG was surprisingly good, especially when you compare it to the pitiful score GS gave it.

- I stopped playing red steel due to GS review on it (on 21% completed only) (Started again now though)

- I stopped at chapter 5.5 in Re4 since it started to get boring.

- I have completed TP twice, and there are a few differences the second time you finish it

- I have completed Blackhand edition 100% and 50%

- I am not hyped for No more heroes

- I own ONLYa Wii

- I forgot to have the wristband on and broke a bowl of glass, the Wiimote was fine though.

- I only own 1 Virtual console game

- I don't have any online Wii game.

- I have played the tanks game on Wii play over 50 hours togheter with my friend.

- Am not as hyped for SMG as I should be.

- Am not as hyped for Bwii as I should be.

- Am more hyped for Moh:2 than I should be

- Am happy with the online mode in SSBB

after reading the above one i'm going to add a little more

-i completed TP once, and tried to do it again but second time around was too boring

-i'm not hyped for no more heroes at all

-i should be more hyped for Bwii

-i should be more hyped for SMG

-i should be more hyped for MoH: H2

- I'm not happy with the type of online SSBB has (friend codes, no names during player matches, no mic, ect)

-I've spent about $100 on the virtual console and plan to spend more

-I hated Pokemon Battle Revolution (who wouldn't? unless they're a really hardcore pokemon fan)

-I play more gamecube games on my wii than wii games (mainly because I don't have enough money for new wii games)

- Still haven't finished TP (it's tragic, I know)

- Put on the forecast channel regularly just because of the relaxin music (the today/tomorrow etc. screen)

- Own 2 games and traded in one of them. (Not Including Wii Sports)

- Left my Wii pluged and Wi-Fi on all night in hopes of the Blue Flashing Light to go on again.

- I always unplug my Wii at night because it gets hot otherwise.

- I own 7 virtual console games, but have only beat 1 of them (Super Metroid)

- not hyped for No More Heros i'd rather buy Carnival Games then watch another video

-Never played a Zelda game and don't plan to play one any time soon

-hyped for galaxy

-not hyped for brawl as galaxy

-only planning to buy a selected few vc games

-Still at desert on TP (tragic i know)

I'm not even to the Lakebed Temple yet. :| I got to the Arbiter's Grounds in the GC version when i borrowed it from my friend, but I haven't gotten far in the Wii version.

- Beat TP in 23 hrs. (speed run/ off and on)

- I own 2 games excluding Wii Sports: Pokemon Battle Revolution (dont buy it, its a mistake) and Super Paper Mario

- I allow my standby connection to run 24/7

- I have a stand for my Wii and sensor bar

- I own two Wii-motes but dont keep batteries in extra Wii-mote

- I regularly use forcast and new channel

- I get excited when the illumination slot lightens, only to be disappointed in upcoming seconds :(

- Gold stars on all Wii-sports training games

- Very unimpressed with the extent of the Wii library.

- Have a stand for my Wii and sensor bar, as well as four Wii remotes and nunchuks.

- I have 8 games (BLEACH Wii, LoZ: Twilight Princess, Mario Strikers: Charged, Metroid Prime 3, Rayman, Warioware, Wii Play, and Wii Sports).

- If you were wondering about the BLEACH Wii, yes. I do in fact have 2 Wiis (North American and Japan).

- I have spent WAY too much money on the Virtual Console.

- I actually want a good game that incorporates the DS (like Four Swords did with the Advance).

- I WANT A HOCKEY GAME FOR THE WII!

- My Wii has a hard time spitting out Gamecube discs some times.

- I feel I play my Gamecube games more than my Wii games (i.e. Smash Bros Melee, Geist, From Russia With Love, and Soul Calibur 2).

- Really anticipating the Zapper so I can play that Link's Crossbow game... as well as Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles.

And my final confession...

- I haven't play my Wii for a week because of Halo 3! Please forgive me! :P

- I looked back over my "Play History" and since getting my Wii back in December at the EU launch I've totalled in 2112 hours, that's 88 days :P

-my wii has been on standby mode for about almost the whole year that i've owned it.

- I began playing Twilight Princess with my girlfriend, but since she can't focus on a game as many hours in a row as I, it ended up with me playing the game on two saves parallell. with about 45 hours on my own, and 35 hours on the one with her, at the same time.

-I got wario ware, and then changed it for super monkey ball. Didn't like either.

-Got a 360 a couple of months after the wii. Which I play much much more.

So thats 2112 hours/88 days of gameplay time out of almost 10 months time having it.

-I cut off the wrist strap on my wii-mote

-I bought the external fan because I was scared that my wii will over heat

-I am hyping red steel 2

-I wish that there were more games ported from the ps2 or xbox to the wii

-IMO the wii game library could be better

-I bought both the Metroid Prime games when I bought MP3 but was dumb enough to start on 3. Now I can't enjoy the first 2 as much because of an inferior control scheme.

-I only have 6 games for Wii and 4 GC games

-I'm only hyping NiGHTS and Galaxy. Everything else is on a rent-it-first basis

-I don't have any online games for Wii. I don't buy games unless the single player is awesome. Multiplayer is ALWAYS just extra for me.

-I don't want Super Smash Brothers Brawl

-I don't use any of the channels on the Wii except for the game channel. I wish I could delete them.

-I'm waiting for another Panzer Dragoon shooter to be released as a Wii exclusive that acts as a sequel to SAGA.

-I have 3 wiimote/nunchucks but I live alone and don't get visitors very often

-I lay my Wii on it's side so the disc slot is horizontal

-I leave WC24 on

-I bought a 2GB SD card because I thought more games would have custom soundtracks like Excite Truck

-I don't get the point of the Mii channel. I don't want game saves tied to Mii characters if I want to delete them

-I just discovered "game mode" on my TV and my Wii is much more responsive now

Wii Friends code entering sux

My 5y/o daughter pwns all in Wii Bowling. I pwn all in all other sports, except boxing(hit or miss).

I've finished Metroid Prime 3 completely, and wish there were an online deathmatch or CTF mode just to test how the Wii-mote set up would work in a competitive online environment.

I was a big track n field fan back in the day, and can't wait for the Mario and Sonic at Olympics game.

I wish andhope they port over SC2(it can be done) to Wii. (I'll be getting the PC game, but it would be interesting playing it with the Wii mote. SC DS would work as well.

-Still use my Wii mostly for Wii Sports

-Enjoying VC
