They're bringing all these old games back grave and making them downloadable for the Wii. Well I say they should bring back Conker, whose with me? Conker's Bad Fur Day was awesome on the N64, it was one of those games you would never expect from Nintendo. What do you all think?

It's my second favourite game, and it's multiplayer was awesome, but Rare owns Conker, so I highly doubt they will release it on a Nintendo system.
the gba one probably came out because microsoft doesnt have a handheld, and they dont want to support sony, so put titles on the gba/ds is the only way to hurt the psp...duh

Conker is not owned by Nintendo, as I'm sure you've been told before. And i voted yes, because it was a stunning, ass kicking game.

Actually, an agreement with Nintendo allows Rare to port their titles to handhelds. It has nothing to do with Microsoft. See, I read the contracts (As freaky as that is...)

Rare owns the Conker franchise so it won't happen.
Conker's Bad Fur Day is the greatest and most undersold video game ever.......EVER! Ugh, I wish they'd make a TRUE Conker sequel. If they do and it's good I MIGHT just buy a 360. Yes my friends I'll happily spend $460 plus tax for a single video game.

even bringing back an old game that was already made would violate Rare's right as owners of the IP. it won't happen.

Yes. That is too much to ask. Microsoft owns the game and has no reason to release it on the Virtual Console and aid Nintendo in the process.

The N64 multiplayer is way better.
Yes, I agree, the multiplayer was way better on the Nintendo 64 version.
And yes, I do think that Conker should come on the Wii (the Virtual Console, not a new game) but it will most likely not come. Conker's Bad Fur Day and Beyond Good & Evil are my favorite games but the only one that will actually work properly now on the consoles I own is Beyond Good & Evil. I'll remain optimistic on this subject. :)

But Conker is a completely different circumstance. Not only is Conker a Rare franchise, but Rare published the game themselves. Nintendo does not have any rights to this game whatsoever.

The reason? RARE owns the IP. Nintendo can't do anything with those franchises.

This also explains why Conker does not appear in the DS version of Diddy Kong Racing. Banjo is also missing in the DS version as well.
Anways, I have seen games that were originally released on Nintendo systems appearing in other systems and vice versa.

Rare owns the Conker franchise so it won't happen. could nintendo just buy the conker franchise from them and allow it on vc
