Well i have seen scart to D-Sub converter cables but i'm not sure... I couldn't find this either, so what i did was get a monitor with component input since i needed a new one for myself anyway. It's tough to find a trustworthy answer to this, and the cables aren't all that cheap to give it a try. Just posting cause i feel for You.
Anyway i use a syncmaster 940mw and use it for TV, PC, Wii, and my dvd player without having to plug/unplug anything :) The Wii looks ok on it, sometimes a bit more jaggies than on an SD tv (are jaggies on SD even possible?)
Well I do, but not in my room. Ive got a 22" monitor and played my 360 on it so wanted to know if you can connect a Wii to it. My rooms not that big so I dont want to buy a tele, plus i havent got £400 on me.

it shouldnt matter what it is, if u have the sensorbar on top (or bottom) it should work

The Wiimote would work with a toaster.
It doesn't interact with the viewing device whatsoever. It would work with a monitor just fine.
