Is a Wii coponent cable worth the money? How much does it improve picture quality?

It makes the colors more defined and clears up the picture so things are easier to see, in my opinion its worth having, I have them and dont regret buying them, and it's also good to go back and play gamecube games using your wii, It's worth the money

I'm so sad...I ordered component cabels and when i got back today my package was in front of my mailbox empty...I hope this is just a pratical joke and it wasnt stolen....i'm just praying..

Yeah get the compenent cables. They're worth it, and improve the image qaulity (well aren't component cables supposed to do that? :P).

well i looked for cheapest ones i could find for my hd tv and it worked pretty well. for some games that are not made for progessive they tent to look more bad. but games like metroid look great with them .

It doesn't look brighter to me. Because the signals don't get mixed in transit it results in much sharper image and better defined colors. Just remember to put your Wii on 480p output, and check whether your TV supports it first.

If you have component vga on your TV, then you've just got to, otherwise what's the point of having the TV?
