C.O.R.E, can someone update me?

Hey, i searched the forum for this topic but i didnt find anything, i hope its no problem.

My question is, whats going on with CORE for the ds? I have been waiting for that game since april or something with its pushbacks and now i saw that on the ds new release its core with 11th of august 2009, but theres no updated information to it whatsoever. Am i missing something? I would apreciate some information, thank you very much =)

Yeah! LOL! It got delayed so many times, it became frustrating. But what are the chances of you getting your answer on the first day with good news! I know right? LOL! I just found out like 2 hours ago.

But to answer your second question; Its kind of complex. In a way, you cannot play across mass distances like a normal Wi-fi game.

But if you have someone in the same room or town, then Yes! I assume you can play! You also need only one copy of the game I believe!

A few months ago, Nintendo power reviewed it and gave it a score of 5.5. Ouch. To my knowledge, they kept delaying the release in wait for the DS market to improve. I don't think they worked or polished it any more in the stretch when it was getting delayed. So it may just be an insanely hyped failure.

For the record, I've never agreed with NP's reviews; they've always been either too high or too low. My prediction is that the game won't "suck," but it will be rather boring and uninspired. I'm betting that within a few months its price will be dropped, like Moon did. I'll probably pick it up then.

I agree, Nintendo Power might not be spot-on. It's simply difficult to imagine them being completely off, so I'm preparing for a score within the range of 5.5 - 7.5. If the game isn't that great, then the hype will definitely hurt it.
