Cursed Mountain is Boring?

Most of the threads here are claiming this game is a bust. The user reviews seem to reflect that as well. Is the game really that bad?

The only bad thing that I (personally) saw in the footage was the combat seemed kinda've dull. But who knows.

I guess we will only truly know when more reviews are published.

what I'm getting out of the experience is more intense and somewhat disturbing. It's a very story oriented game with a great interpretation of Buddhism. The gameplay is there it just takes some getting used to. Believe me once you start playing this game you wanna see it to the end.

if you read that person's views on the game (in that link), it seems the game is somewhat supposed to be about the enviroments and the scare factor (even if it might not be there). Maybe the scare factor is trying to get the ghosts before they get you? I haven't played it, so I can't knock it.

Combat again, does look clunky, but maybe the people I saw playing it, sucked? I dunno

I agree... if the game is bad... it's bad, but I didn't even think this game was supposed to be out yet. I don't understand how all these people keep getting copies.

I've actually heard that Gamestops around the country have been selling it early.

And I've said this before the combat's not that clunky it just takes some getting used to.

EDIT: just to add another thing I got from the game. it's about survival in a harsh environment with supernatural elements.

I think I'm going to get it, it seems interesting to me. I love single player games, so I'm all about it

yeah it's $50 but i think its worth the price of admission. :)

I'm not interested in the game. I'm much more interested in Silent Hill.

There are six user ratings, but that's something that I could easily go and vote a 10 or a 1 on with zero accountability.

Let's just wait for more reviews. I sure hope they aren't negative, because I'm very interested in this game and if the reviews are good, I'm going to buy it.

I don't care if it's slow-paced, I'm still interested in this. I love slow-paced games:P
