Definitely on my radar. I'm curious how much it ties into the story on the original Dead Space (i.e., I'm curious if I should get that game first :P).

for what I can see on this clip is based on the animated movie, which is a direct sequel to teh game (the game start at teh exact point the movie ends)... it looks good, but after noticing is a prequel, which I already know what happens for teh movie.. well.. we thought that it was going to be a sequel to teh game, no the other way around :( Oh well.... BTW: gabu: you should defenetely get that game... :)
EDIT: wait... how is this going to work as a prequel, based on the animated movie... if you have seen the movie you`ll know...
[spoiler] everyone dies, so if you are the party that was fitghing the infection there.. you`ll end up death, this would be interested. Unless they are going to add a side story, which would not make sense. Is pretty clear in teh movie what a disaster it was [/spoiler]

(point to spoiler above) you think the main character is gonna be that chic (i forget the names)?? the movie had some AWESOME character deaths, i hope all of them make the game. plus that rlly huge religious dude was my fave of the whole movie. hes all praying, then just massacres a group of necromorphs like he DOESNT have a addiction for blood and violence:D
Seemed like damage control for being a rail shooter. I guess that's fine for people that love movies, but it's been a while since I've been impressed with a movie.
Sounds like it's gonna be awesome. We can easily see dismemberment in that vid, which will be fun, and the developer mentions a few things that should make it more than your average rail shooter. I've been looking forward to this since it was announced... this interview only helps.
the only ORS that i have bought was Killer 7, every other one was a rent. What i like about K7 was the abitly to go backwards and forwards, my que is will we see something like it in this game? would anyone know?
Looks interesting. I personally haven't bought any of the light-gun shooters for the Wii, but I plan to because it's a fun genre. I like that they're doing something different with it instead of making a lesser version of the other game. That way I can play two different, hopefully fun games. :P
