Atleast we know it's coming

Yeah, if it's just the same thing with new locations.... I won't bother with it. The first game was really fun and had so much content that it satisfied my desire for what the gameplay had to offer. I'll only be interested in the sequel if the gameplay is mixed up a bit. Some games can pull off sequels with minimal tweaks, but I don't think De Blob could.I own the first one and I love it, but it needs improvements. First of all they need to map jumping to a button instead of doing it with a WiiMote movement. I am sure the game will have tons of improvements, so I can't wait.

I didn't feel anything wrong with the jumping. Although it should be optional. The game needs quite a few improvements though, thats for sure.

Is a wonderful game and I'm still waiting to have it in my library. I also loved the dynamic music The jump function is not a real problem but I would like a "directional" swing to jump, and not just to wave the control. It may use a button obviously because is really unnecessary. The problem I got was with the camera, as it could use some adjustment RegardsAwesome. De Blob was a great, underappreciated game. It certainly had some flaws though, but to be honest I'm not really sure where and how I'd improve the sequel..
"so no" what? So no more de Blob games for you? Shame you didn't like the first one but let everyone else celebrate.the first was bad so no

Tingle, dont ruin it for the rest of them they think it will be a good idea let them think that. Just see what they say when it comes out. Then argue against it.XenexisNo need to feed....
I lol'd but not the good kind.... wrong opinion? Seriously now?wrong sir. Your opinion is wrong. Had you said it wasn't for me, that would acceptable. Had you said....well actually, that's basically it^wiifan001
Yep. I won't even look at the sequel unless they fix this. If they did fix it, I would trade in my partially completed de Blob 1 copy and get the sequel... well in a few months when I can find it for $20.I own the first one and I love it, but it needs improvements. I haven't even played the first one yet. It's only £8.73 to boot. It's hard to keep up with all these games.
They may go the route of Okami and take it to the handheld market.Sepewrath
If they do, then maybe we'll finally get that DS version that's been supposedly coming for ages now.

"de Blob 2 for Wii">>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>"multiplat version of the first game for DS"I hope they drop the mission system and the timer. Those were the two worst parts of the first.
goblaa
I never really bothered with the timer since it never came into play for me. I was usually done with the stages well before the timer ran out, but maybe that is because I never tried fully completing the later levels. :P
