I don't really know what qualifies as a good detective game. I like Sam and Max, but I don't know if you mean something like that. (By the way, Sam and Max would port over to the Wii excellently, if Zack and Wiki is any indication.) P.S. Does anyone know where a topic about hypothetical games would go? especially if no system is mentioned?

Yeah, you're right all the CSI games ever made were pretty much crap. The wii controls can come in good use in a detective game if done right.
Yes if done right this game would be genious.
Also the DS would work good as an extra feature for those who have it because detective games are slow paced or your "assistant" could use the DS as a coop feature. this could be used for extra tools and to better organize the evidence and notes.
