Devil Suvivor ripped off The World Ends With You

I'm not talking about the gameplay but a lot of the style seems taken from TWEWY. Here is what I noticed:

• Both take place in the general around around Shibuya
• Both feature a "modern" tokyo time
• Both have a quite main character who wears headphones
• Both are 2D and conversations happen in the same way

Again, not saying they play the samebut the setting, time period, and characters seem very similar. What do you guys think?

Wow you're really trying too hard. So you're saying a game can't have the same setting and the character can't all wear headphones? In the Shin Megami games most of the main characters are silent.

I haven't played either game (Can't wait to play both though) but those points seem pretty generic. You may be right though.

yeah, criware pretty much ripped themselves off. its kinda like how square's ff series rips off its previous games, but with a different story :roll:

i dont really mind it, especially because i loved the world ends with you.
