Did any notice the misprint on the back cover of MOHH2?

On the back of the MOHH2 game it shows that it can be played by four people locally and 32 online. I was hoping that it could have been played by 4 people locally, but I called EA and they said it was a misprint.

Since the Guitar Hero Hero 3 had a misprint with the Dobly Sound and they are filing a class action lawsuit against Activision. Do you think someone will the the same with MOHH2?
