It was a hard game, but I didn't use a FAQ until the Barbaro's Land on the final two puzzles, and the Mad Scientist level. The puzzle I thought was the most intuitive was "The Painted Secret." It was so simple, yet took me like nearly 40 minutes to beat it.

Also, so are there any more puzzles to solve now that I've beaten the game?

I'm well on my ay at the moment, I'm in that fiery like area at the moment with one of the levels within it done. So far I haven't had the need for a walkthrough and I'm pretty happy that way. After I do finish a puzzle though, I do read through the walkthroughs to see what they had to say on it and it turns out that some of them tackled the puzzles in completely different ways.

I only looked to figure out how to do the Skeletski music mini-games. But I still don't get it. I can't solve them. :(

Yeah, I can't get the timing down. It's hard. I swear I do it perfect but it still doesn't give it to me.

I pretty much ignored those for the rest of the game. They are stupid imo.

Whoa, your post count was just 6666! That's pretty cool. Anyway, don't you get something good for doing it? Wasn't it some kind of map or something? Don't you miss a lot of gameplay if you don't get it? I guess I'll never have a complete game.

Btw, firefox59, you can tell if you don't get it because he gets red X's I think in his eyes whereas if you do get it, he gets blue, sideways C's in his eyes and you hear the note through your wiimote.

Grrrrr. YES!...THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

I used it one, ONE, time and was extremely angry about it. I wanted to beat the game with no FAQs. But in the chemistry stage there's a place where you have to get a snake out of it's hole. I tried everything, but it turned out (after having to look it up) that you just click on the snake. You don't actually interact with it. Zack doesn't drop anything down the hole or send some animal after it, you just click on it. It's aggravating because that breaks the game's rules. The player isn't supposed to be interacting with the snake, zack is. That's breaking the third wall. I was so peeved that I had to look up such a stupid, abstract, non-sensible thing.

Yes.... I hate those moments. When you try solve a puzzle in any game but you can't and you look it up and it's always the most simple solutions.

I didn't. I got pretty close though, I just had to use it on that last level where you have to escape the cell and save Wiki from Barbaros.

I'm only in the Ice World, so I haven't had to use a FAQ yet. The puzzles are confusing and sometimes random, though. And the skeleton minigames are impossible. I'm a drummer, so my rhythms pretty good, and yet I suck at those minigames. I think they're broken. The wiimote never registers. Oh well - I'll keep plugging though.

lol. The 4/5s of the game made me feel smart. Barbaros Land is really hard when you get there. Enjoy the 10 stars ;)

Ya, I play piano and flute and have for a long time (piano since age 4. Flute since grade 5) and I also sing so I do well with music and rhythm. But I just can't do them! Maybe it's because we're used to seeing music sitting there static on the page, not scrolling at us at 60 clips per second.

By the way, I love your sig, dmil.

Has anyone gotten the music minigames? Care to share some tips?

I haven't used a FAQ yet, but I'm pretty much feeling like I'm going to. I've been stuck on that one castle level with the paintings pretty much forever and I just flat-out have no clue what I'm supposed to do.

Those things are impossible. The Wii-remote just isn't sensitive enough and the timing window is way too small.

Don't give up Gabu! Worst case, use a doll. I got stuck for a bit on that one too. I never used a FAQ, I did use a doll or 3 though. As for 'more puzzles' I guess you could replay it and try to get the best score and all the items, which might make you rethink some of them for sequencing reasons.

I got stuck the same place you are, and then got distracted by NMH. I hope I can figure it out when I go back to playing, because I want to get through the game without using a walk through, or any tips.

That's one of the best and most intuitive levels in my opinion. It is so simple, yet difficult to figure out. I can help you if you want.

Well if it's intuitive, then I must not have very good intuition, because I pretty much broke down to just rubbing every single item against every single object and I still couldn't get anywhere. :P

I'll probably first get a hint from the fortune teller lady.

I didnt use a FAQ or buy a hint or even save in the middle of a level... I tried to play the game as hardcore as I could and while it wasnt easy I think its the way the game should be played

I used an FAQ for nearly every level. But I haven't completed the game yet.

It only takes a few tries to get the game mechanic down, i just wanted to know where all the money was hiding.

Those things are impossible. The Wii-remote just isn't sensitive enough and the timing window is way too small.

You have to hold the Wii-Remote vertically and put your index finger next to the d-pad. When you have to hit the notes, just gently make a forward motion as if you were knocking on someone's door.

I always do it like that and I always win.:)
