or am i the only one who got the original DS at launch. and never got a new one? i like getting somthing, and then making it look cool with stickers, paint, whatever. and the new ones didnt seem like it was worth getting it, i always have enough battery, i dont have trouble seeing the screen, i've never accidently turned it off, i've even dropped it a few times...why get a lite or a black one or a red one or a pink one or one with a zelda symbol? i could make my own zelda symbol!
I have a phat and bought a Lite just because I like the improvements it has, I think they look nicer also, and as stupid as this may sound, I can do certain multiplayer games with myself lol.7CloudStrife7

I got the Lite, purely because I only got mine today, did have the original, but sold that ageeessss ago! :o
I hate to say it, but I had sold two DS in the past. The original phat one which lost its appeal because of a shortage of games that I was interested in, and a white slim that broke because my little sister man handled it.
This time around, my crimson/black DS is here for good. I loves it.
I still have my DS phat. I'd like to get a Lite, but I could get more games with the money for a Lite. I'm fine with my phat, and I'll probably only get a Lite if it's a gift...:P
I should've, but it was either the Golden Zelda Lite or a Wii and Brawl, and seeing how awesome Brawl is looking, I got a Wii. My White Lite is showing its age even though I baby it; I hope the new bundles aren't limited edition.
I bought my son and me the New DS lite (Black) as it is the only one we have ever had. Never owned the Phat one. I know other friends that still have their Phat and say that they will keep it till it no longer works and then they will get the new DS lite.
