Did you get the Wii for SSBB? (poll)

I got it pretty much for Brawl.

Twlight Princess was something I got to play before Brawl would come out, but I'm also excited for MP3 and Galaxy - ofcourse not even close to as much as Brawl.

Nope... I never heard of it before getting a Wii and I don't think I'll get it anyway...
It just doesn't appeal me... dunno...

I bought it for SSBB alone. But since then I've remembered why I loved Nintendo in the olden days, like the N64 days that is :D

I'm hoping Wii will be when Ninty decide to make a true spiritual sequel to Majora's Mask.

SSBB will hopefully be great, I'm just upset that us Brits need to wait till '08 for it :(

I got my GC for the sole purpose of Melee. I did not regret that decision in any way. So when Iwata announces Smash Bros for Revolution at E3 2005, immediately I knew I HAD to get Revolution, or Wii, just for Brawl.

I did buy a PS2 a few years ago for the sole purpose of playing San Andreas...but the console got stolen 2 weeks later.
I guess the video game Gods didn't like my intentions.

To answer the poll... No. Don't get me wrong, I'm as amped aboot SSBB as anyone could be. The reason I bought a Wii however is to honour an agreement spanning over two decades... When Nintendo makes a console, I buy it. That's the deal, no questions asked. So far it's worked out pretty well for me, and yes, I love my Virtual Boy too.

I'm getting a Wii sunday but not just for brawl. Buying a system for one game is dumb.

There are plenty of games to look forward to, but none of them even come close to how amazing SSBB will be. If any games is worth getting a Wii for, its definitely this title.
