I have ff3, and not planning to get diddy kong racing because of the reviews and i trust the reviews, because i knew something was up when they all rated ff3 7.9 and under. To me ff3 is a bit fun trying to beat the game, but once you beat it its useless cuz of no replay values and also can be boring, im trading this game in when ff tactics comes out.
tell me one thing.. r u planing to use the DS alot or less.. if its less get Diddy kong, needs less time and alot of fun.. If u have alot of time to waste like me.. ill recomend FFIII
Get FF VI the GBA game. It's better than both of those mediocre games. Don't know what square was thinking remaking FFIII when a much better game, FF VI had more potential for a remake. Still, FFVI is one of the best Final Fantasies out there remade or not. I highly reccommend it.
I'm not sure if you will go with this, but I reccomend you get both, save up or work to buy both. I'm getting DKR today and I got FF3 quite a while ago.

Yeah... I agree. In my opinion, Final Fantasy I and II: Dawn of Souls for the GBA and Final Fantasy IV Advance were better games than Final Fantasy III.

same here but im getting diddy kong in like a month and FF's are really long, but diddy kong is too so its entirely your choice!
I wouldn't get FF3. It just isn't a very good game. The job system bites, and the game just isn't very involving. I'd get DKR for sure. If you want a really good RPG, get FFV Advance for GBA. It is a much better game than FF3, and it's job system blows FF3's out of the water. Happy Presidents Day
