DDoC is in english form, that alone makes me question a Q1 09 release (to combat sales of Madworld?).

The austrailian M is for 15+. It is not our teen (13+) and not our mature (17+).

Rare has never been a publisher, they've always had some one publish their games for them. And at the time Perfect Dark was released Rare was a developer for Nintendo, so Nintendo was the one who published any game Rare made.
