Hopefully they just port Fatal Frame back to the actual gaming consoles it belongs on.
I'm hoping Koei does the same thing with Samurai Warriors 3. These games just don't belong solely on the Wii, if at all.

You do know that Nintendo helped publish Fatal Frame IV. I don't think we'll see that one on anything that isn't Nintendo branded.

I don't see the reasoning behind this. Hope it's not the same old Wii/Nintendo is for kids explanation...
Good news is that you can tell Reggie how you feel about the release of Disaster in NOA.

Not releasing Disaster in NA is a pretty large mistake, if you ask me. How can they justify not bringing the title over? Being a big Nintendo fan it makes me upset that this is the way we're being treated. This type of behavior is the only thing that will drive me away from Nintendo.
Isn't Nintendo the publisher of Fatal Frame 4?thriteenthmonke
Nintendo of Japan is the puplisher of Fatal Frame 4. Apparently the two don't communicate very well.

A grave omen if true.
It is how Sega collasped after all.
Oh, god. You're incredibly right. I didnt' even make the connection.
How scary.
If Reggie really wants to cater to the core Nintendo base, he would at-least bring Disaster here to North America. I mean the voice-over is already in English and the text will be translated in English(and other languages) for the European and Australian version, making this an easy no-brainer for NA release.
As for Fatal Frame 4 I don't know what the deal is between Nintendo and Tecmo over publishing, but I know that the previous three Fatal Frame games for the PS2 and Xbox all came out to the NA and PAL game markets. Meaning they where not only successful enough to make three sequels but the must have sold well enough to keep releasing them in non-Japanese markets. So I would find strange that they would make an exception on the fourth one. Maybe, its because of this two publisher Nintendo/Tecmo thing as opposed to the first three games published by Tecmo only, but that's just a wild guess.
they will bring it eventually ,possible 6 months after the release date in europe.
heck we have waited 6 months for brawl ,4 for metroid you can take 6 months for disaster......european gamers get screwed alot ,the only games we tend to get first are soccer games(thanks konami). games should have the same worldwide release

NOE has been known for this behavior for years. While this is unfortunate, It's not a competition.
I'm concerned that Nintendo of America is too far up it's own ass to realize what a HUGE mistake skipping over these two titles would be. Very concerned.
