just like prime hunters because it has online?

Online isn't what hurt Metroid Hunters, the lack of a real single player game did. If Metroid had a campaign even half the quality of any other Metroid game it would have been great.
Zelda doesn't abandon the single player game for it's online components. If anything the online is an extra compared to the overall wealth of single player gameplay.

hey jason! do u have a ds too?
What do you mean by flop? If you mean get less than 9.0 here, then yes, it probably will. If you mean it will be any good, well the reviews of the import should answer your question.
It will flop, im not supporting it like i didnt support metroid prime 3 corruption, too delyaed, and went the wrong direction (ie windwaker art style) either make a crazy 2d zelda or a solid 3d ocarina of time zelda for ds.
Im pickinng up Worms: Open Warefare 2 on tuesday over it actually
all i know is i wont be buying it and if i were given it free i probably wouldnt play it. coochie_kuta
Let me guess, you have no hands or you lost your hands in a bare knuckle boxing match against a chimpanzee with one eye?
i dont think a zelda game has ever flopped. i have full confidence in them. havent been let down even once.
no. no zelda has ever flopped.zeppelin_64
thats wrong actually look at this http://www.gametrailers.com/player/usermovies/45176.html
i think the zelda is on the 5 or 6th worst.
it was the one on the Cdi console that i never knew existed, and nintendo made nothing of it just despratly sold the rights to zelda so they could get a zelda game on that console and it ended up screwing zelda over until.
Although not to many people have heard of this game, i never even heard of the console so its no supprise.
But the Phantom hour glass will be good, my friend played the japanese version and besides not knowing wtf anyone is saying he said it was good having the touchscreen controls acutualy enhancing the gameplay.

How dare you mention that ... that thing... That game was banished from the zelda lineage, I tried that game, the cut scenes make you want to take a hammer to the system, and the gameplay makes sure that you do...
that game is a puss spewing sin against nature.
Flop like a crap game, bad sales, or low review scores?
I think it will score well 8.0-9.0 and sell well, obviously I think it will be a good game.
Are people actually buying Phantom Hourglass for the online? Hah! :P
Though honestly I don't think it will flop at all ... I know this may sound crazy because I don't think it would ever happen to a handheld game, but based on the reception that PH received from some reviews, I think it can make a good contender for Game of the Year.
wow i didnt eve know zelda was going online.....wuts it going to be like......4 swords wasnt to great of a multiplayer but this might be betterliojagerThere are videos of the online mode. It's a 1 vs 1 battle mode in which 1 player controls link and has to collect and drop off various rupees. While Player two controls 3 enemies by drawing out their routes on a map, and has to catch link. It's nothing like 4 Swords sadly. But Nintendo will probably get around to developing a DS version one day.
Metroid Hunters wasn't a flop but long term fans didn't like it so much because it didn't have any metroids in it andthe single player game was too short. Online saved that game from being one sided.
The new Zelda game for the DS won't be a flop, Zelda has always done well.
Phantom Hourglass flopping is a physical impossibility... much like SMG flopping.FunkyhamsterSo was TP... oh wait a minute.
Any game can flop, nothing is invicnible.

Hunters didn't flop because of its online. In fact, it didn't flop at all in my opinion. People just kept comparing it to the Gamecube games, none of which focused heavily on multiplayer. Hunters just focused more on multiplayer than single player, which I thought was awesome for a DS game
Anyways, PH was a big hit in Japan, so I don't see why it would flop here.
Just don't expect a good review from Gamespot, as usual.
