I think Nintendo fails this Gen, I want the golden ages of the N64. So... I disapprove, Wii music WTF? Where is my Kirby,F-zero,starfox,Dk etc... I for one feel bad for people who are limited to just the Wii this gen, the DS seems to get more love from nintendo.Fightingfan
This. I competely agree, but at the same time I can't help but feel the need to buy a Wii (for the second time, sold my first) again as I love zelda and some other games too much. That being said, even some of the best ones they have made a bit worse this gen due to making them for the casual gamer, such as Mario Kart Wii. So I completely dissaprove and I don't want to support them (never thought I would say that, because they are all I ever owned till this gen) but I LOVE some of the games so I probably will in the end.
I approve
They've been making casual games since the NES and tuning their games until it's perfect for everyone to play. The Wii and it's simplified games are the pinnacle of their decades of work, I mean if someone didn't approve of Nintendo's work then they would have disapproved when the NES, SNES, N64, and Gamecube were out.
The Wii is the same thing Nintendo has always done, Nintendo is just doing it better this gen
We've heard many times that Nintendo doesn't want to fight other companies for users, it's had the casual and inexperienced user targeted from the very beginning and it's done it's best to support them.

WRONG. Sorry but this is just a complete and utter lie. I loved Nintendo and owned only their consoles from their beginning, and this gen I actually sold my Wii as I dissaprove that strongly. Nintendo has never made a console that has dumbed down features so much to the extent that it practically only gets shovelware. And even some first party titles are suffering, such as Mario Kart. They dumbed it down to make it easier then any mario kart before it has due to the casual game. When regi said "A new player will be able to keep up with a veteran player" in reference to Mario Kart Wii I knew it was the end of Nintendo as we knew it. You say they have not changed, but they have. They have been picking it up a bit recently in terms of games but still.

No, they're the same company
Their mantra has always been to get everyone playing.
A perfect example is how the Mario Bros games have gone
The first Mario was good and then they added a difficulty spike in the second and said "nope this is not what we want" and scrapped it and then we saw Super Mario 2 outside of Japan which was a reskinned relatively easy game. Same easy gameplay followed in Mario Bros 3 and has gone on ever since.
I mean most kids who are ages 3 or 4 or 5 remember getting a NES and beating Mario Bros and Zelda and other games that everyone looks back as the "hardcore" games, well if they're so hardcore then how is a 4 year old beating them? The answer is they're not, they're well made games that everyone no matter your experience level can play.
Nintendo has worked for decades trying to make games that everyone will play and each gen they've seen certain demographics that they've been unable to get and have tried to get them. The Wii is just the perfection to this point of getting the demographic they want.
There is no "hardcore" Nintendo because when they've made a game that's aimed for only the experienced gamer they've called it a failure and redesigned the series it's part of.
Nintendo's plan is for everyone from ages 4 to 104 to be able to play and finish their games, it's always been that way the only difference is that they're getting better at it the more they work on it.
I personally think in a few generations that they'll either:
A. Go the way of Sega.
B. Stop making consoles and stick to the handheld market.
C. Somehow be able to invest in the same resources Sony and Microsoft have and make a comeback.
I love my Wii, but I stopped devoting my life to Nintendo after the Gamecube.

Yes they have always tried to get a broad audience to like their games, hense mario as their mascot. But Wii music, Wii play, Wii sports, Wii fitness, Wii this and Wii that are casual gamer stuff. They are fun for a bit but they keep rollin them out and they take little time to make I am sure, as they don't consist of much. They have freind codes and horrible casualised online. They appealed the the casual audience by making the Wii cheap due to a weak system. This leads to shovelware and at times less enjoyable games. Why is it that Wii players can't play the multiplatform releases like GTA IV, Assassins Creed, Red Dead, Batman AA, FF XIII, and others? Because the system simply cannot do it. This coupled with the used to be cheesy motion controls (except for FPS games those do rock!) that were not 1:1 for the first 3 years makes for shovelware, but at a cheap price! And its fun for the whole family now, cause I really wanted Mario Kart to be dumbed down so vets could be beat by new players!
Seriously they did change, and they had to, cause they were going down in terms of sales due to bad marketing decisions such as making a purple console with a handle on it, or on the N64 having cartridges. Now I loved those two consoles, but bad decisions led to poor sales and a new direction for Nintendo.
I agree with Jayson. He makes a point. Nintendo has been making casual games for ages, its only recently that we have realized this whole casual thing. On top of that Nintendo has also been catering to its hardcore audience. When was the last time we got 2 Mario games in one gen? All this means is more games for the casuals and more games for the hardcore. why should we complain?

A comeback in terms of greatness in the eyes of the "hardcore" audience. Sales do not mean something is great, just look at MW2. If it was not for the new direction the graphics, online, and games on the Wii would be much different because it would be a better machine with faster hardware as the "hardcore" audience is not as stingy as the casual audience. I would have payed much more for a Wii with graphics comperable and tons of great games.

so u just want a bunch of games with blood n gore and brown and grey graphics am i right? You dont need a 40ghz proccesor, and a GPU with 5bil pipelins with 5 gazziliaon mb of video ram and 20 googilian mb of RAM. look at SMG2. that game got 10 all over the place and it is running on the weakest console this gen. Mario is as hardcore a u can get because it is a long running franchise with a huge fanbase, and very good games. graphics are very important, but not the most important thing. its called a videogame for a reason. you can have the video portion down, but what about the game? Mw2 had top notch graphics,a nd obviously u dont like MW2 soooooo that just contradicts ur last statement.
I'll bring up my usual Dreamcast analogy. They could have made the best "hardcore" console ever. That didn't help Sega, did it? Incidentally, the PS2 was successful because of, well, the mainstream public, so naturally it would be best to for Nintendo to cater to them. I also like the trend of simplifying gaming while still being fun, but admittedly it is more successful for WiiWare than retail games right now.
The Wii is the same thing Nintendo has always done, Nintendo is just doing it better this gen
Jaysonguy
This is one of those times I'll have to agree with you, Jaysonguy... at least as far as this sentence goes, since I'm not about to touch that dreaded 'C-word' that you mentioned a few times with your post. That said, the message you've created is still spot-on for the most part.
What we've seen this gen is what Nintendo does best, and as a result, it's doing the best it ever has because of it. It's no shock that the Wii represents Nintendo being in a position that hasn't been seen since the NES days, as even though it may involve a different way of explaining itself, Nintendo's doing practically the same thing now it did with the NES. With both systems, Nintendo saw that the video game market could use a bit of broadening beyond what was considered the norm, became very agressive at establishing a platform that was accessible and unintimidating to as many people (not just gamers) as possible, and made sure that the content and approach would always be there. It worked back then, and it's working now.
It's funny when people think that what Nintendo has done this gen is abandon the principles that has made the company successful in this industry, when in reality, this has been by far the closest Nintendo has come to creating that "fun for everyone" atmosphere with both the Wii and DS. Whether you're a toddler or an elderly person, male or female, an experienced gamer or is someone who is just curious about the world of video games, Nintendo has worked hard at creating the kind of games and ideas that can adapt with a wide variety of tastes and lifestyles. This is what started to fade away in a big way when the only thing Nintendo was doing from gen to gen is following the status quo and making simply more powerful and complex video game systems, and as a result, Nintendo itself suffered. Now that Nintendo has recaptured the philosophy that made it a super-power in this industry, it has also once again re-captured the crown and spotlight. It's no mere coincidence that this happened so suddenly.
As long as Nintendo continues to think outside the box and expand its vision on what video games can be to people of all walks of life, I expect things to go along very smoothly, and nothing suggests so far that Nintendo's going to rest on its laurels in that regard. Not to mention that fact that from a personal gaming standpoint, both the Wii and DS have provided some wonderful and unique experiences, so I'm definitely hoping that Nintendo continues to go along with the mindset that gave birth to those two systems.
I kinda thing of the Wii as the NES 2. It's kind of a restart for the company in consoless. The N64 and Gamecube were very good and powerful consoles but were losing in market share. Nintendo rebooted and made a system that's trying to capture a whole new generations of fans. The Wii Sports pack-in really reminds me of the Super Mario Bros/Dunk Hunt NES pack-in. It's a game everybody's played and both had huge cultural impacts. Many games like New Super Mario Bros Wii and Punchout are meant to rekindle the magic and bring back people they lost many years ago and of course gain new fans Nintendo had to do that Wii to keep them alive, and it worked really well. Nintendo might have made some hardcore fans angry but gained many other future hardcore fans. I think next generation Nintendo will find a better balance between hardcore and casual, but until then I'm still pretty happy with the current games. If it wasn't for the Wii though there might not have even been a Nintendo console next gen. For the people who think that Nintendo is doomed because of the Wii really don't understand how bussiness works.

Totally I only play games with M rating and tons of gore. Thats why I was a Nintendo Fanboy until this gen and owned all the first party games that have no gore . I never said graphics make the game good I said graphics at times make the game good depending on the genre, and obviously if the graphics were better there would be much less shovelware. It is easy to see that is no lie. If you look at IGN's charts at the end of every year the Wii always has the most games but they are all very low rated with few high rated games. Answer me this. What has the Wii done to make the console better this gen that it could not have done on the gamecube? the only thing is the motion control which is just now 1:1 and has for the most part been gimmicky with a few good exceptions such as first person shooters. It does not help mario Galaxy 1 or 2 in any way really and those are its best games. So your argument is not really valid either. The Wii is just a different looking gamecube with motion controls as the base controller. Again I love some of the first party games and will consider buying a Wii again for them.
Oh and graphics do help for more then pretty visuals (although those are nice), they help physics, animations, view distance, frame rate, the amount of stuff on screen, HD capabilities (reading text in non HD sucks), AI (VERY important in shooters and some other games), and tons of other stuff. On the other hand you seem to think they only allow for grey, black, and brown as well as the implementation of gore (which makes no sense).
The Wii. Nintendo has the best console of all time out. It has sold more than any other Nintendo console. It has the best software for any console. There are hundreds of both 1st party titles and 3rd party titles from both 1st party and 3rd party systems (Virtual Console). Everything I can imagine is nothing but approve to at least some degree, and approval to the highest degree in all areas.wiifan001
Wow please tell me people disagree with it having the best software of all time!? Metroid Prime 3 is the worst metroid prime (plays out too much like Hunters), Twilight Princess (actually a gamecube game) is great but not the best zelda, as I think the other 3 3D ones are better (as does GS :P), Mario Kart Wii is dumbed down and reviews show it is clearly not the best mario kart. Animal crossing was a rehash of the others with nothing new, and they release a bunch of shovelware. Galaxy is great though. Seriously I cannot believe anyone thinks this is the best Nintendo console. I think N64 is followed by SNES.

Well, first... the statement that the Wii has very few high-rated games really isn't true. It has just as many high-rated exclusive games as the other consoles. The games on the other two, but not on the Wii, are more or less what make the difference there.
But beyond that, define "better". If I were a Nintendo executive, I would be awfully happy with the Wii as compared to the Gamecube. And if I were an executive at the other two companies, I would be very envious of the Wii's position in the market right now. This trend towards the direction in which the Wii has gone will only continue, so I think people who don't like it - no offense - really ought to get used to it and find something positive in it if they want to continue being a gamer. Nintendo is not going to say in the next generation, "Oh, we liked being close to last place; let's do what put us in that position again," and neither are the other two going to be satisfied with their current positions.

A "comeback" would entail not packing last generation's console into a new body. I'm not a fan of buying consoles purely on power, but other console-makers are pulling away in terms of technology, and in the long-haul, it's going to cripple Nintendo unless they do something to change it.

first of all IGN has seven 9 or higher reviews of exlusive Wii games. IGN has seventeen 9 or highers for the PS3, and if you count multiplats the PS3's games are WAY higher rated then the Wii ;). Not to say the Wii doesnt have any good games, as I have said it does and thats why I might buy one.
I do not think the direction of gaming will stay as it is with the Wii. My favorite platorm (in terms of hardware not games) is my PC. It is the best for online, graphics, controls (it offers not only keybaord and mouse but whatever you wanna buy for it), and so much more. The Wii is the opposite of this, it is dumbed down, cheap and casualised with horrible online (freind codes suck even Wii fans can agree), bad graphics (although graphics are not EVERYTHING they are nice and helpful at times), and shovelware all over on it. Back to my point. The direction Nintendo is going will stick around but I think at least one of the companies (I would guess Sony) will stay similar in pushing the graphics, online, and exclusives for the hardcore gamer next gen as if all three vied for the the casual market it would not work. And if one of the others that is not Ninty goes to fight ninty then the other would profit greatly by not following and instead being top dog due to being the only one in that market, just as the Wii is DUE TO THAT!

I'm not trying to sound anti-Wii, it's just how money works.
Nintendo DOES sell more consoles than any other company, and the top-selling games on the market are on the Wii.
However:
-3rd party games developed for the Wii are 200% more likely to flop in sales compared to 360 and PS3 games.
-Nintendo actually loses a big chunck of profit from this. Losing 3rd party developers also means losing licensing fees, which rake in a heavy amount of money for Sony and Microsoft. Nintendo may have the best 1st party games, but that's a really limited source of profit.
I want to see Nintendo keep on going strong, but they'll have to do something big to keep up with other companies that have a lot more financial resources than Nintendo does.

Thank you! and when half of the Wii games are on PS2 and PSP its not exactly what I would say a good thing. I have a PS2 and Gamecube so I can play Twilight princess, metroid prime 1 and 2, okami, resident evil 4 and many others.
Lol I hear ya, but you know exactly WHY the third party game suck. Cause outdated graphics, gimmicky motion control, and a casual audience = lots of easy sales for poor games. If you look at the third party support on the other two consoles, there are boat loads of great games. And as for Nintendo they have been doing pretty well overall with their games, but I feel they could have been making more and SOME a bit better (mario kart Wii), If you look at Sony's exclusives lately they are pumping them out but not in a bad way. They are making tons of amazing games with extreme polish. I just feel Nintendo is busy investing time into casual audience games rather then zelda and such. this is the first console there is really only one zelda on, and thats my favorite Nintendo series by far and without a doubt one of my favorites series ever.
[QUOTE="wiifan001"]The Wii. Nintendo has the best console of all time out. It has sold more than any other Nintendo console. It has the best software for any console. There are hundreds of both 1st party titles and 3rd party titles from both 1st party and 3rd party systems (Virtual Console). Everything I can imagine is nothing but approve to at least some degree, and approval to the highest degree in all areas.NaveedLife
I think when it's all said and done, you'll be able to at least make the case that the Wii has the strongest lineup of Nintendo games ever presented. Just from the top, there are not one, but TWO Super Mario games that will stake their claim as the greatest game of all time, with a 2D Mario game that also holds its own with the other classics very well. Many will make the argument that Metroid and Super Smash Bros. had their best installments thus far on the system, and from Punch-Out to WarioLand to WarioWare to Excitebike-inspired followups to Mario Kart to Fire Emblem, many of Nintendo's franchises have been present in a big way this gen, even if some of the second-tiered series that people complain about have yet to show up. THEN, you'll have to include the likes Endless Ocean, Wii Series, Xenoblade, Lost Story, and who knows what other new IPs Nintendo will come up with between now and the end of this gen that will give more weight to the strength of Nintendo's first and second party output this gen. Plus, we STILL don't know what the new Zelda will bring or what other classic franchises will be introduced! :P
Given that, the fact that the Wii's third party lineup is really no worse than its been the previous two gens, and that the Wii still has a few more years left in it, and you can start to see that while wiifan's remarks might sound crazy, it might not be hyperbole when Nintendo moves on from the Wii.

Nintendo has single handedly made sequels from previous consoles from last gen. They've made new IPs. They've revived franchises. They've made sequels from franchises that have started on the Wii. They've gotten together with and continued working with both companies they've worked with before and companies they haven't worked with before. They have the most successful console they've ever made. They've innovated and continue to. They've bundled peripherals and controllers with games. They're assisting in publishing titles that need publishing. My ideas sound crazy?....tsk tsk tsk. If crazy means "right" then I'm FREEKIN CRAZY. One last thing (to everyone in general) stop trying to put Twilight Princess into this. It was just a gamecube port, not an official Zelda Wii.approve
lots of reasons why
1 im sick of shooters and a graphic boost on the side
2 i am sick of paying 600 /300 for a console that breaks in 1-2 yrs ,

i approve because nintendo has given me my mario kart my mario zelda and guess what i read from another post
----goldeneye is bein remade for the ds and the wii -a golden c controller is comin as is a goldengun like peripheral that will be golden if it came packeged with goldeneye
you want n64 era play n64 via vc hahaah or wait til this baby comes
and why would i dis approve a nintendo console whos third party support is the best its ever been since snes
what you wanna go back in time where hardly no 3rd party developer supported nintendo , they were droppin them left and right even square enix
would you like to go back to last gen where this continued
-----from eidos to ea to rockstar
relive the horror of waitin til when the next developer woudl say i no longer support nintendo
i certainly would not
i prefer lots of developers ---ea rockstar activision factor 5 eidos square enix nickelodean thq disney namco etc etc etc etc etc
and no i dont want no graphics hd i dont want no overated bluray player , you try finding rugrats on bluray you cheap hype machines oyu got
i prefer nintendo releasing me stuntrace i dont want starfox no more i want stuntrace and i want a top gear game , and i want it now!
blame sony for ruining that franchise ms didnt help either

Hey, I'm not saying that they sound crazy personally, hence when I went into detail about what Nintendo has done this gen myself. While I do feel that we need to see the whole body of work before we determine where the Wii is in regards to how Nintendo has performed this gen in comparison to the previous ones, I think we're seeing much of the same thing here.
To those who are constantly going "where's my StarFox, DK, F-Zero, etc." as if Nintendo has done next to nothing this gen, they might not have the same perspective on the matter. Oh well... Fortunately for myself, I'm not one of those people that's looking at things from such an angle. :P

I keep showing over and over Donkey Kong Barrel Blast *WAAAAAH it's not a platformer*. Too freekin bad. It's what you're getting. Deal with it. Yes, anyone who is reading this, and you should be because this is a WIIFAN001 post, and is fussing over the lack of a new Donkey Kong for Wii, I'm targeting this at you.
Sin & Punishment missed its Gamecube era.
Metroid missed its N64. Excitebike missed its gamecube era.
Punch-Out missed its N64 and gamecube era.
We have some new IPs even those that don't involve "Wii ____"
People will have to get over the fact some franchises will not return for this gen. Considering Nintendo increasingly IPs to their library each gen, it's more likely that more franchises won't return. And the Star Fox developers aren't even interested in making a Star Fox Wii. What happens? The demand goes up more than ever. I doubt it will happen, but I really believe that when THE Shigeru Miyamoto admits he tends to forget about the franchise and the Star Fox team is interested...and Rare's not gonna develop it that's for sure, Star Fox Wii should pretty much have a line strike through it like a freekin dagger that somehow forced it's way through one side and all the way through the other, even the handle of the dagger....yet it's still possible to survive.
EDIT:I edited becauseI want to sound totally obnoxious, yet true...but not moddable. Took me a couple tries but I got it down.

What happens? The demand goes up more than ever.Again, I agree with pretty much everything you're saying there. It's unreasonable to think that Nintendo can pump out EVERY pre-existing franchise and create new IPs this gen given a similar amount of system life (assumingly), the increasing amount of time and resources it takes to make games these days, and the simple fact that Nintendo has never been able to do what people are demanding before this. Eventually, there's going to have to be a point in time where fans of a particular series understands that this just isn't their gen when it comes to seeing an installment of a game in that series and that it's something that can't be helped.
Outside of Mario and maybe Zelda, expecting a certain Nintendo series to show up EVERY gen is setting yourself up for a disappointment somewhere down the line.
Since the NES, Mario and Zelda have been in every Nintendo console to date. Well OK, like I said, Twilight Princess doesn't count but we are getting a Zelda Wii so...yeah.
EDIT: Oh and a nice little surprise: Kirby has also been in every Nintendo console so far with at least title each gen. However, we've yet to see an exclusive Kirby Wii title. C-C-C-COMBO BREAKER??!?! (???)
IzzieWaru
Woah, I just had flashbacks to 2004. Why does this theory always pop up even when Nintendo is dominating the industry?

Maybe Nintendo fans are only happy when they're in the minority! It's like a defeatist attitude or something...first of all IGN has seven 9 or higher reviews of exlusive Wii games. IGN has seventeen 9 or highers for the PS3, and if you count multiplats the PS3's games are WAY higher rated then the Wii ;). Not to say the Wii doesnt have any good games, as I have said it does and thats why I might buy one.
NaveedLife
Well if by "high-rated" you mean "really high-rated", then sure, but if someone refuses to play any games on their console that is rated below 9 by critics then their time with that console is going to suck pretty much no matter what. The Wii has 83 games rated 8.0 and higher, 146 rated 7.5 and higher, and 233 rated 7.0 and higher. 233 kind of seems like more than "a few", and even if you're really picky 83 still seems like way more than "a few" as well.
NaveedLife
I challenge you to look at the history in terms of processing capabilities. The only time the stronger console ever won was in the fourth generation (SNES vs. Genesis), and that is only if you don't count the Neo-Geo, and it certainly didn't win because of its capabilities. In the third generation, the NES was weaker than the SMS, but it won by a mile. In the fifth generation, the Playstation was weaker than the N64, and it won by a mile again. In the sixth generation, the PS2 was weaker than both the Gamecube and the Xbox, and it won by an even bigger margin. And now, in the seventh generation, the Wii is weaker than both the 360 and the PS3 and... surprise, surprise... it's winning by a mile... again.
Console makers can choose if they want to offer a souped-up (and thus more expensive) gaming console if they so choose. But the history is clear. A more expensive, stronger console, will basically always lose... and that is a historical fact, whether one likes it or not. The original Playstation marketed gaming to the masses much more than ever before; the PS2 was similar (and was absolutely deluged by shovelware, mind you); and the Wii is just continuing that trend. I mean no offense, but I don't see any evidence backing up your position at all, other than, well, basically where you'd like video gaming to go.
A "comeback" would entail not packing last generation's console into a new body. I'm not a fan of buying consoles purely on power, but other console-makers are pulling away in terms of technology, and in the long-haul, it's going to cripple Nintendo unless they do something to change it.
IzzieWaru
For the record, the Wii is objectively stronger than the Xbox was. The claim that it is a repackaged Gamecube is provably false.
But besides that point, you act as though Nintendo did not have the financial resources to create a gaming console that could compete technically with the other consoles. This seems silly - the Gamecube was stronger than the PS2; the N64 was stronger than the Playstation; and the SNES was stronger than the Genesis. Nintendo quite obviously can create a console that is technically superior. But technical superiority comes with a cost - literally, when you compare the price tags on the Wii at launch compared with its competition. The resounding collective dropping of jaws at the now-historic utterance of "five hundred and ninety-nine US dollars" was not due to anticipation, but rather apprehension.
I think that one of the biggest problems with GameSpot is the fact that it tends to be terribly insular, and people begin to become convinced that, because they see all these other people like them, then that must be the majority whom a console maker ignores at their own peril. But... that really just isn't the case. How much of the American population owns an HDTV? Although the number is growing rapidly, it's still only about two-thirds of the population. That means that almost one-third of Americans do not even own an HDTV, even today. And when this generation began in 2006, that number was only a quarter - in other words, when this generation began, three-quarters of America did not own an HDTV. What was souped-up HD graphics going to do for those people? Diddly-squat, that's what, other than increasing the amount they have to pay to get it.
The bottom line is that Nintendo had ample resources to create a technically advanced gaming console. They consciously chose not to, however, because they targeted the masses - and, like everyone before them - won a resounding victory in the marketplace as a result.
To say that Nintendo needs any sort of "comeback" is... well, just wrong. They needed a comeback when they had the technically superior Gamecube. They made one with the Wii. And now they're printing money like crazy. You'd better believe that there's one of those two positions that they prefer, and it's not the one you seem to want them to put themselves back in.
This seems silly - the Gamecube was stronger than the PS2; the N64 was stronger than the Playstation; and the SNES was stronger than the Genesis.

Was this just...made up?
Using a cartridge for the N64 versus discs is considered by many to be a financial mistake on their part. The Gamecube wasn't really considered a success.
Also, I would HOPE the Wii is more powerful than last generations consoles. There's obviously upgrades to the system, but it's not a true generation console leap.
Also, I don't know where you think I WANT Nintendo to fail, and it kind of irritates me. I love Nintendo. But I'm not blinded by the fact that the Wii is a saving grace, and they'll need to think of something new to keep going. That's fine if you don't believe, but next gen Nintendo will tell.
[QUOTE="Fightingfan"]I think Nintendo fails this Gen, I want the golden ages of the N64. So... I disapprove, Wii music WTF? Where is my Kirby,F-zero,starfox,Dk etc... I for one feel bad for people who are limited to just the Wii this gen, the DS seems to get more love from nintendo.elbert_b_23you have no idea what you are talking about the super nintendo was the golden age the 64 was a joke with only 5 good games and 4 were ports of ps1 games or 3rd party games kirby been dead after the snes, i liked wii music it wasn't as restrictive as other music games, and the wii been the best 3rd party nitendo system since the super nintendo
I was referring to me, I didn't game as much in the SNES era due to video games not appealing to me then.
Honestly, I still say N64>SNES.
Rare made me buy a N64, Banjo was epic.
