There are no goals in Wii Music so you can't win or lose. In fact, this is probably as much fun as watching paint dry while listening to remixed Nintendo songs. It looks DULL!!!

Wii Music is Rock Band on "No Fail" mode.

Songs will likely either be present at the start or will be unlocked as you play longer, I couldn't tell. But they will certainly not be unlocked for completing a percentage of a song correctly.

Wii music was probably one of the only games I've ever gone from "highly interested" in to "couldn't give a crap" when I found out more about the game.

And no, it's nothing like Rock Band. Not even close.

Edit: Ah Crap ^^^^.

Fourthed then!

THe game is not done yet so maybe there will be goals in it, and the ability to fail a song.

Press the right note at the right time to win, not doing so makes you fail.

Press buttons randomly at whichever time you want to win, not doing so makes you win.

Similar concept but still totally different.

Well in a point of view, yes, because none require real talent or skill like playing a real guitar or drums (I suck at drums, but can wail at guitar..Actually, no, not wail, wail is something newbies say.)

But one game has Nintendo music, that I dont like as much as rock from 60s 70s 80s or 90s (cough rockband cough)

U all miss the point. Its nothing like Rock Band. U wouldn't be complaing if it was called Electro Plankton 2, which it basically is.

if there were goals in it and you could fail the song would you appreciate it or would still hate it.

I think the only reason we saw Wii Music at E3, is because of the success of games such as Rock Band and Guitar Hero. I think otherwise, it was just a demo they weren't going to bring up again. The thing about Wii Music is, you can make your own little musical jam sessions on it, you don't have to play to a particular song, it seems. I don't know if you can do that on those other ones or not, but it might be interesting.
