Do you ever think they'll make a Mario movie?

And no, I'm not talking about that stupid 1993 live-action film, I'm talking about a whole new film done in CGI with Charles Marinet voicing Mario and Luigi. I would like to see Mario strech his arms out beyond games, and this would seem like a good first step. Do you agree?

It sucked. I loved the movie when I was like 9-10 years old. Now, it's so corny this movie.

Agreed, Nintendo games shouldn't be made into movies, because video game movies rarely (if ever) do justice to their source material.

I would hope Nintendo has learned from their mistakes and won't let a company butcher their games. Not that I expect a movie, but I doubt they would slaughter it as much as the original Mario movie. Wasn't there supposed to be a Metroid movie, or was that a rumor? Twas a few years back.

If Nintendo makes it it will be good Nintendo makes the Pokemon Anime, Well Creatures Inc. makes it which is owned by Nintendo but published in the US by 4 Kids so if Nintendo makes it and not let 4 Kids touch it it will be good, I actually think Nintendo makes the Kirby one aswell but 4 Kids translates it, so Nintendo should make it but have all the voice actors from the games, it would be great I would watch it if it isn't tranlated by 4 Kids.

There will be another Mario movie, something that has the much potential for money making wont be left alone forever.

That being said it will be a COLOSSAL mistake and dirty the character even farther then the last film did.

People don't remember (or know) how much that awful movie hurt Nintendo's overall brand name.

Mario was created for video games, not movies (as you can see).

Possibly, but let's just hope they don't turn it into a pile of crap like they did the live-action one.

As i'm typing this, i'm just finding it hard to imagine watching it in a 3D scene on a big screen.
