I ust got mine in the mail about a week ago, so I am trying them out to see if I get used to them or not. They aren't really bad or anything, but I'm not too sure I'll ever finding myself actually liking them, but we'll see.
The real benefit of these things is when I take the Wii to my family's house or if some family comes over and we play. The extra grip aswell as the padding on the front end can prevent accidental damage to the remote. Can never be too cautious, especially when you have kids playing.
I love them. I think it feels better with it on, and i like the grip. Love the extra padding as well. It also would have had a huge bump on my head without the padding (friend hit me in the face once playing bowling, hardly felt a thing)
I play without it even though i have it because it makes the remotes bigger and i don't feel comfortable with it on but sometimes i play with it onXDXDXDXDXDXDXD
same herei think i just got so used to it without it and now i have it i just plain dont like it
I got my Wii for christmas of 2006, it didnt have the jacket then, so im pretty used to playing without it, but I hvae to say, when I went to my friends house to play his Wii, which he got for christmas this year, the wii remote felt heavy, big, and not as smooth as mine, without the jacket. So no, even if i did have one, i wouldnt play with the jacket
I have a handy custom recharge sation for my wiimotes so no. There's a gold slot on the back of the cover (custom covers that come with the station with extra grips) and the jacket covers them up so they can't charge.
That and the first time my roomate saw them he asked me why I had giant holed condoms sitting on the table.
