You know, that rubber layer you put on the Wii Remote to keep the controller safe. I don't.

I tried it for a while, but it just felt... weird.  Like I was playing video games with a dog's chew toy or something.

It looks too ugly. Sorry. And sorry for the people who think it looks nice, nothing personal against you.

i ONLY use it when i play Warioware at parties so we can chuck the wiimote around w/out worrying about breaking it. I usually am forced not to use them anyway because of the wii wheel, gun, and guitar accessories i use.

I see I'm the first to vote yes safety first. :P

I paid for these Wiimotes so I want them to be in great condition. And i think they feel rather comfortable.

I sometimes do when I play brawl- coz the part that covers the senser feels good against my hand. But that's only sometimes.
IMO, it takes away the sharp look the Wii mote has going on.

It was too inconvienient with GH, Zapper, Wheel, and rechargable batteries so I stopped. I would only use it for Wii sports or if I felt the person using it wasn't very, smart.

I use it and all the time, but not only for the sake of the controller, mine too and I really like the feeling. I used the controller for over a year without it, since I bought my Wii..

I always have them on all my Wiimotes.  It is a huge pain in the ass to take it off and stick it into my guitar so I'm probably going to buy a 4th one just to keep in there.  Better safe than sorry and I've already cracked an unsuspecting two year old in the head on accident.  Lucky it was padded or CPS would be all over me lol.

Eh, not much anymore. With so many peripherals, taking the thing on and off becomes a bit of a nuisance.

Plus, it looks pretty ugly.

The Wiimote sleeve is a hideous, disgusting, abomination that destroys every single line on the Wiimote and eradicates the feel of it as well.

I put it on, was shocked at how awful it was, and never used it since.

what he said.

Except I have rechargeable batteries and it is a hassle toput the protector on and take it off everytime I have to charge the remote.

Although I was initially apprehensive because of the way it looked, it felt so pleasant and squishy that I had to put my wiimote in it. And it does help keep your grip on your wiimote, and without your hand getting cramped up.

(Why does talking about this always sound wrong?)

Yay! I'm the first person to say that I use them so I can chew on them. It's a great way to take out frustration.

Also, I actually like the way it holds in your hand. The Wiimote is just too small for me, I guess.

Nope. I did for a while, but I removed it and found it much better.

It's not like I hit it against walls or anything so it's not a big deal.

I used to, but after I got Mariokart Wii, I just stopped using it because it was annoying taking it on and off when I felt like playing with the Wii wheel. The only time I use it is at parties so no one accidently breakes them.
