[QUOTE="camreeno360"]No, it would be an insult to it's graphics capabilities. Think about it. LProjektST
Sadly agreed..
Why though? Yeah it'll look like ass in comparison but the Wii just can't do it on the same level, does it matter if the Wii version does look worse? Does that offend people? Its just a game.
Its the same when people say ''don't put Elder Scrolls on Wii it won't look good'', yes everyone knows that so if you want the richer experience just get the better looking one. I'll even be one of the first to admit stellar presentation makes the experience more enjoyable and Wii's visuals are laughable, but who cares if there's a version out there that doesn't look as good?
I don't get what the deal is.

Yeah but this is a really graphics-hungry type of game. The Wii is perfect for the exclusives it's had so far, but for for a futuristic war game. A lot is needed to get the presentation right. Awesome explosions, lot's of online players in a huge brawl, and really the cinematic thing they usually look for in these big war games. It just wouldn't seem right. The question is how bad would the graphics be? Would it still look like CoD3?helium_flash
no i dont think so, COD3 was basically the PS2 version ported over.Â

Yea, it would probably look better now that you say it.Â

yea cuz its coming out for PS3/360 only(i think), and if they decide to bring it to the Wii, it would get an upgrade from COD3 ... if not i will be disappointed. Â
I'm gonna bet on no, but you never know. A game like Assassin's Creed isn't on the Wii (i'm aware that it's all different publishers and all that), so Infinity Ward and Activision may be pushing for a "'real' next gen" approach with CoD4.bluezy
Well Cod 3 for the Wii didn't look that bad. There was hardly any slowdown, the lighting was pretty good and it looked about like the Xbox version. What was the fuss about?camreeno360
The textures made my eyes bleed and I thought the lighting could have been a smidge better myself. Yeah the framerate was lovely except for big scripted events that made the controls stop responding, but thats processing.
Look at Brothers in Arms. That looks pretty darn good IMO.m1k3m
Yea, that looked awesome. Isn't it a Wii exclusive games also?Â
That would be sick if they did and also put in online. What do you guys think?TStrike
that would actaully be cool...but i really hate the fps controls on wii.Â
I think call of duty 3 seem rushed from what i seen. And i'm sure that the wii can produce graphics just as good maybe a little less than an average looking game on 360. Now that the wii has been out longer and the rushed games should be coming to an end we should finally be seeing the true graphic power of the wii. Hopefully this game will be on the wii. It would be smart since it is selling faster than what the 360 did when it came out Â
