Do you think GTA 4 will be Announced for Wii at E3 07?

So what do you guys/Girls think??? I think its very possible. Wii is Gettinggames like Manhunt 2 and Scarface .. And We know both of those games will be VERY gory. So yes i think GTA 4 is VERY possible.... And knowing Nintendo, they would wait till E3 to Say that its coming to Wii. What do you All think?

not likely. porting GTA4 to wii would be an absolutely huge undertaking, the game would pretty much need a complete rewrite to get it running on the older renderware engine used for GTA:SA

however we may see GTA spin off games at some stage like liberty city stories n stuff.

The Wii can easy do something along the lines of LC/VC stories and i for one don't mind if it's graphically inferior so long as the gamplay is there.

 i have a wii, but i'm more the kind of a hardcore gamer than a casual gamer, i just want some minimum of quality (it can decrease if the element FUN is really there)

i don't think they will but that's ok, as long as i get manhunt 2 and scarface i'm happy.

no way.  If they do announce it I will be shocked. I'll be enthused but shocked. I sincerely doubt it

Ithink its posible this could be announced... Like 1 guy said They would have to redo allot of stuff to make it work.. BUT it would be the BIGGEST NEWS Ever at a E3 right??? Plus im thinking early this year in the GS news there was stuff about Nintendo Wii having the possibility of gettting a GTA game..Maybe not 4 though, But a GTA game.. Dont know if it would happen though.. But good thought though

Did you cry when San Andreas was released? Because a Wii GTA IV would be on par with that game graphically. 

We have better chances at a San Andreas port than GTA IV.

If we are getting any GTA on the Wii, it'll be an off shoot or a port of San Andreas.

thats the problem, GTA will keep beeing a quickly done (by developpers) and quickly be put back on the shelf (by customers) as long as the customers don't ask for AI

imagine if GTA4 had a truely powerful AI, a really deep living society (imagine something close to Ubisoft's crowd system, "assassin's creed + next splinter cell", in a GTA)
you could blow up a car and the ambulance comes, the city's cleaners or w/e come to take the car out ... the population could scream when seeing a gun on you ... a Arnold Schwarsenager (w/e) that walks by you down the street could act like a hero to pull your gun off of you ... + police hidding and having tactics ... police that aim my car's tires ...

WHY WOULD WE NEED AI IN A GTA ... thats the only thing that could make me buy that next game ...

Let me just say that a GTA game that relied heavily on AI would be completely diferent than its predecessors. I'm not saying it's a bad thing or that it can't happen, but you can't say, based on what we know, that AI is what would keep the Wii of getting a "true" GTA - mainly because no GTA (true or not) has ever relied on it.
