topic... it could be something simple as the wiimote having a mic, or that the flash memory isnt JUST 512, but really bigger? (these are just ideas to rattle your brains), if so, what do you think/hope?

Why would they include more memory or a DvD player and not tell us about it? I dont think that would benefit Nintendo in any way.

they definetly do, the Wii was made for external attachments not to mention the ability to download things like channels and updates and sutff like that. This allows nintendo to keep secrets very easily. You'll never know what they could announce.

I don't think so. I see absolutely no logical reason why Nintendo would keep anything secret about the Wii that might be a selling point.

As for add-ons, Nintendo has created every console with add-ons in mind, even a possible internet port built into the NES. The problem is that these potential add-ons rarely materialize or just aren't supported. Remember the 64DD? Yeah... I'm surprised they actually came through with the Game Boy Player for the Gamecube, in all honesty. But maybe Nintendo will come up with some cool downloadable stuff, since they've finally embraced internet functionality, at least a little bit.

mic in the wii speaker

wiimote memory that can do more than hold miis

a cpu/ram inhibitor to make the system run slow, coded to deactivate the day MGS4 comes out rendering the wii the most powerful system

a small thermonuclear device set to detonate if a PS3 is detected within 5 feet of the special sensor

accelorometers inside the wii system

Doubtful. I'm pretty sure it's just an overclocked Gamecube with wi-fi and a motion controller.
