Depends on the franchise. For example, Metriod, F-Zero, and Pikmin should all look more realistic.

Yes, character models should look better. But, for such characters such as those in the Mario universe, will never look like the bottom picture that the poster above me posted.

Exactly, Mario should only just get better looking while still looking Cartoony, cause thats his style. The Mii's, they will probably get a little more human shape but they STILL have to keep their bobble heads, its what makes them Mii's.

Jeez, people need to calm down. Whoever suggested that Mario should ever look more realistic? Nintendo has plenty of franchises that could benefit from more realistic character models.meetroid8

Its not necessarily cause they are unrealistic, but Miis really **** me off! But they are not going anywhere :P.

I think the mii's are fine. They're recognized everywhere.
