Do you think this trade is worth it for me?

My friend wants to give me their copy of Spirit Tracks for my copy of Game and Watch Collection (Club Nintendo Prize, 800 coins) along with one of my old Gameboy Color games (Hamtaro lol it was a long time ago!)
Do you think I should give him the 2 things for Spirit Tracks? I mean Game and Watch is pretty exclusivebut kinda useless, and although I already played Spirit Tracks, it can always be part of my collection and accompany my Phantom Hourglass. :P
What is the smart choice?

Definitely keep Game and Watch, it's collectible and it might be worth a lot someday

But could Game and Watch still be worth a lot when it's opened and used? :P
