My mom played Wii Sports only once...the day the Wii was bought...-Skatman-
Ditto. ur mom and my mom should meet up and become friends.... they have one thing in common so far....BORING!!!
Well... its a start
My mom played drums on GHWT the first 2 days we got it with me.:P
She played on beginner.
Oh,and my Mom also once played the bowling on Wii Sports.
my mom plays quite a bit. i moved out long ago, but she has her own Wii. She's beaten LoZ and Mario Galaxy, she has de Blob, which she is working on now, and is hooked on Animal Crossing.
She's going to visit my sister in Toronto soon, but didn't want her town in AC to go to pot, so she convinced my dad to create a character so that he could pop in and do the maintenance. yup, she's into it THAT much.
My dad isn't much into the Wii. he prefers his PC (he also works a ton).
Everyone that I know play Wii *lol. I've got most of the consoles (sega, nintendo, xbox, playstation and so on) that have come out and no one but my friends have played with me until I got the Wii. Now everyone is playing, even my parent that hate video games *lol.
Two days ago I had a friend and his little girl of 5 years old over for dinner and we played Wii all evening and she even beat me in bowling :(
At Christmas I brought my Wii and Wii balance board to my girlfriends parents (she brought it, since she use it till 95%). Even my girlfriends father, that´s well over 70 years old and can't walk without a walking aid (I think that the name for it), tryed the Wii. He played Skii on the Wii Fit and my girl friend put the walking aid infront of the wii board and her father were standing on the wii board and using his walking aid as support. I thought of getting the camera at video record it and then put it on You Tube but I didn't.
Yeasterday when I were at a massage therapist (busted my back when I did the "hula hula" on the wii board), he asked me what I worked with and I said
-"I make video games",he replied
-"well I hope it's not violent video games", and I said -"weeeeelll, not that violent :P" and I started to talk about the Wii to get him on other thoughts, and he said
-"well that's not a video game, that's entertainment", and I thought
-"hmm, manybe that's why so many "new people" that never played game before likes to play the Wii. They dont' see it as a "video game" they see it as entertainment :)
Nope; they aren't exactly supporters of my gaming habits.VGobbsesserThat's how it is with my mom. She hates video games pretty much. My dad is all about them, he plays it whenever he isn't doing something else.
