I'm getting sick of this level, the one where you're told to treat all the inflamed parts with the stabilizer in the intestines, then you have to remove the 4 tumors. It is impossible. You get a you lost screen before you get to the second tumor so i'm guessing you have to move at the speed of light. I've been on it for 3 days now...It's ridiculous.

Oh wow. If you find this one hard, I pity you when you encounter GUILT.
I'm guessing that's the bar on top telling you the health of the patient? Don't know what you mean. Anyway that bar seems to get drained so far knowing I haven't done any mistakes and I'm just doing everything fast like it wants me to. It's irritating.
YOU FIND THAT HARD?!?!?! :evil:spoiler dont read down if u dont want the game to be revealed try beating the game on hard then do surgery on that dead guy (adam i think) and remove ALL his GUILT while vitals are always going down 20% evry second, had to use healing touch and repeat it SOOOOOO many times before i waz able to kill those SOB guilt

*sigh* do not want to sound like a smartass or rude or somthin but u guys have only scratched the surface, wait until u beat the game and try the last couple unlockable lvls on EXTREME mode craziness EVERYWHERE!!!
I was hoping someone could tell me how to beat in instead of telling me about the guilt. Anyway I've gotten to that guilt part in the DS game, but the wii game seems to have the vitals drop way faster. It's hell, please I'm dying here and want to move on.

is it the part where u have to cut four tumors out at the same time? use healing touch and take them out evenly, forst suck the plasma out of all of them then server the veins on all of them except one vein then with healing touch QUICKLY cut the veins on all of them and take them out swiftly. if done right none will respawn and u'll have taken out the tumors easypeasey
i almost got this game yesterday, but decided to get madden instead.Omocowa
u should of gotten it, its a good game. i think madden should be for consoles with controllers like ps or xbox. but that's just my opinion and doesnt contain to the issue on this topic

Sometimes I even screw up on the first cut where you slice into the person, like I'll do it 3 times, taking all my time away and I restart.

If you have the DS version and have gotten to the part with the guilt then you should know exactly what the healing touch is... Plus I'm pretty sure you can only use the healing touch after the tutorial about it. You're probably forgetting to do something and killin the patient by skipping something, it happens.Â

I know that is so hard. I died in like 20 seconds because his vitals go down so fast. They weren't kidding when they said the difficulty level is extreme.

Yeah, the "X-Missions" I think they are called, I can't beat them. They are ridiculously hard. I completed the game on Hard mode, but this Extreme Difficulty is pretty much not possible... And yes I know they actually are possible, I just haven't been able to beat any of them.
