I really hope so because the wii is definitely capable of making a good fps. Hopefully they do since they did release some information on games at there summit. (even though they weren't that great imo) maybe Nintendo did this summit just to get some of their games and are ready to go all out at e3. well heres hoping. Anyone think they will announce a Fps.
someone said they were developiong hundreds of games, I'm sure a bunch of FPS's are in there. And also, with the lightgun shell thing-y coming out this summer, I wouldn't be surprised if there are some games in the works.
Dude, i really hope so. Nintendo's consoles lack good FPS games. Besides the 64 which had Goldeneye and Perfect Dark, but they were made by Rare.:( . They should really think of buying Free Radical.
I'm not sure I'd trust Nintendo with a fully fledged FPS unless they buy a third party with a solid track record. Who would be a viable choice? Activision? Gearbox? I'd also like Ninty to at least license out the MP3 engine.

Well there is gonna be lots of metroid im sure and lots of it will be finished since it will be coming out like a month later. But Im gonna guess nintendo will flex its muscle and there will be a new FPS that they've had a team developing, but it will prolly be red steel 2 and suck big.

No, if work is put into it Red Steel 2 could be pretty sweet.
The name for the sequel to Black isn't set in stone just yet, and don't be surprised if it gets released next year. But after playing it on the Xbox it seems like a perfect fit for the Wii. Are you sure it's even confirmed for the Wii though?
