Does Little King's Story look exactly like Pikmin?

Now, dont get me wrong i LOVED pikmin and i am dying to get this game but from videos like thisit looks exactly like Pikmin! has anyone elso noticed this?

Oh and BTW im a bit confused about your objective in this game (LKS not Pikmin) does anyone know what its all about?

It looks as if LKS has definitely drawn on Pikmin for inspiration, but no, I wouldn't say they look exactly alike at all. LKS has some RPG elements incorporated into it as well. And the objective of LKS seems to be to take over the world and have as many wives as possible. Neat!Arc2012

i think it's look better than pikmin

LKS Involves some pikmin Esque things but goes alot farther into depth, there is one map you move from place to place in realtime, the people don't store in houses they wonder about work, and evn fall in love. you don't throw people into battle, they charge, and the differences and abilities, make for some more gameplay elements. Also I was skeptical about this game when I first saw it and was gonna put it back on the shelf, but guilt for game devs that don't get paid made me buy it and it is surprisingly good, like wow I'd actually reccomend buying this game, and I don't reccomend that much

Little King's Story and Pikmin looks very much alike. So does Overlord.

I've just completed the game and is a lot more deeper than Pikmin

more than a Pikmin successor I think LKS is an RPG played like pikmin

but as overall experiences LKS>Pikmin

now Pikmin 3 must be really good to impress me
