i heard that it has it, i know that right now if it does have it there aren't any games that use it.
i just thought that it would be sweet to have 8 people in the same room with two tvs playing wii.

How is it too weak to have wireless LAN? You realize it already uses a wireless connection with its use of WiiConnect24.

I'm not sure exactly what you are asking, but I hope this helps.

Each Wii will have its own hardware (MAC) address (You could actually have a second with a usb device) allowing for its own network identity.  Using the wireless connection, you should be able to setup 2, 3, or even more differnet Wii's.  But if you are asking if you can get them to see each other without the Internet, (hence LAN connection only) one would need to host the session while the others 'connected' to it.  This 'hosting' is probably provided by Nintendo via the Internet.  So...

If you question is, "Can you hook up two Wii's in the same room and play together?," my guess (I only bought one Wii and don't have any friends) would be, "Yes."

If you don't have an Internet connection, then probably "No."
