Just a simple question. I thought it wasted battery so I always have the wireless setting off (the yellow light I believe) unless I'm playing wifi or wireless with other people. It's turning to be a hassle though as I have to turn off the game each time to turn the wireless setting on...so I'm just wondering if it drains the battery to leave it on.

I'm sure it doesn't help the battery.....how much quicker it drains though, I have no idea. If you are using that often, why not just leave it on?

always had the impression it does, but it's so annoying to have to go to the menu every time i need to use any kind of wireless communications that i just gave up.

If i'm at home, I leave it on because I have the charger. If i go out and I take it with me, i turn the wireless off.

I keep it off.

Obviously the light uses power, but I think that's it.

I just keep it off in case.
