[QUOTE="-Oath"]What do you mean? Clearly, all he means is that due to the recent development of VC and WiiWare, there is no need to buy retail discs in order to have a ton of games to play, and he doesn't mean anything about illegal stuff no way, right Oath? :DMine just started sounding loud this year, but thnx to recent developement I no longer need my discs to play my games.

My Wii was buzzing for a while, and then it broke on me. If you're still under warranty, you should be able to get it repaired for free.

I've just been told by a customer support supervisor that the extremely loud buzzing noise MANY Wiis are producing is "not a known issue". When I informed him that a quick Google or YouTube search would show more than enough evidence he replied, "I bet I could Google 'Elvis is Alive' and there would be a lot of results as well."PlurrBear
A Nintendo CS rep actually said that? That's pretty funny, but surprising. I bet they must think all kinds of stuff better left unsaid.
So...am I crazy, or is this a legitimate issue?PlurrBear
Those things aren't mutually exclusive.:D Anyway, if there's a disc in my Wii's drive it'll make a pretty loud click whenever I load the main menu, but otherwise it's pretty quiet in use.
