Doom DS?

Would you get DOOM on DS? It did great on GBA.

PS: It would be great if it had Wi-Fi Play.

It does not use the touch pad but it has online support.

Yes a full blown DS game by the original devs would be awsome.

If they made a Doom FPS on Wii here is what i would expect:

Touch screen maybe slight auto aim for multiplayer

Online play up to 3v3, leaderboards that you can check on their website, and in game voice chatting

4v4 for local multiplayer, again voice chat, your own personal leaderboard, and so on

Multiplayer would have regular Doom multiplayer modes.

Controls would be D-pad=moving, touchscreen=aiming, L=firing weapon. On a side note I hope they can map some buttons to the AXBY and R, i know they cant do immediate action buttons but there are certain things like zooming in, switching weapons and such that can work fine.

Full blown single player like regular Doom games. I know the DS cartridges are small but EA has been forking over extra money for bigger cartridges maybe Doom devs could go even frther being that it has such a loyal fanbase.

Doom is one my favorite games ever,so I would definately buy it

no offence, but i hate Doom the only FPS i like is theMetroid Prime series because Doom and stuff like that is too bloody and goryfor me, even Halo so yeah, i'm more of a cartoony person and that's not just because i'm 10.... oh yeah.... and muffins..... why does your sig tell me my IP, ISP and what version i'm using?:shock:

It wouldn't make since to have the original doom trilogy on the ds since you can't aim. Its all left and right.

It would make more since to put doom 64 on the ds, with the original trilogy as extras. Or just the original doom if space is an issue. The original games were so small to begin with. Even doom 64 still used wads, making it a small file as well.

It would need improved graphics and better music for me to buy it. It would be cool if it wasn't a remake of the original because that been done way too many times.Mutatedbloodelf

I'm getting bored of old school games going next gen.

I like original ideas, not remakes/sequels.

Nah, no offence, but Doom wouldn't make the most of what the DS can do, so even tho' its a great game, the GBA version should be enough...Tailscoolio
