dragon quest 9 team help

ok so i am currently playing draGON QUEST 9

IM AT THE BOSS THATS is in front of the gittham palace or what ever the dark castle thing is called, my team consist of

LVL 37 Palidan who was previusly a lvl 24 warrior

LVL 41 mage maxed out wand skill

LVL Lvl 22 gladiator who was privusly a lvl 40 minstrel with 100 sword skill his states are now already better then the minstrel

LVL 23 monk hes my newest charecter hes pretty week

do you think i could easily beat the boss , also the paliden skill when he comits suicide to kill all enemys or somting like that , dose it work on bosses?

hahah yea agreed , though on bosses i tend to increes my partys defence alot and increase their attack with ommph!

Sadly, that strategy goes out the window once you reach the grotto bosses which can cast Disruptive Wave. Then you can kiss goodbye to buff, oomph, egg on, etc. That's when you'll settle into the "bash, rinse, repeat" groove.

I still used Oomph on my martial artist, as his significantly raised attack was worth it for the turn or two that I could use it.
