DS games for a 9 year old girl ??

My 6 yr old daughter has Mario party, Super Mario bros,Super Mario 64, Horsez, Yoshi touch & go, Disney friends, And Super princess peach. By far her FAVORITE is Disney friends, and Super Mario bros. She also likes Lego Star Wars which is mine!Disney as of late has put out decent games for kids and there is a Tinkerbell game that she is looking forward to. Hope this helps!

I think you should buy her nintendo games like mario party DS, new super mario bros., etc. I know this person who is 7 years old and he got a game boy when he was 5! I was really surprised because I think that it was too early for his parents to buy it for him. Now he is 7 and he has a PS3! Do you think he can handle hard gaming? I don't think so.

Like others have mentioned, NSMB and Nintendogs are great for her. Also get her Resident Evil DS :P (seriously don't).

My 8-year-old sister loves playing Super Princess Peach, Super Mario 64 DS, Nintendogs, and all the "Petz" games.

My daughter recieved her ds as a hand me down and we use it as a reward system for her. She is very capable playing "real' games as well. She's always been promoted that girls are every bit an equal to boys.
