Is Ds Lite really any different from the original Ds?

well, its smaller, sleeker, with brighter screens, better battery life and a better stylus, so yea, its different, now, the hardware is the same, the differences are mostly cosmetic.

Ya pretty much all chicotec said, however the ds lite d-pad is a bit more difficult to do diagonal movements and the ds lite is not as loud.

I know....Ouendan isn't as loud on my Enamel Navy DS Lite :cry:.

yeap, and it kicks more ass. also theres that little cover for the GBA slot when you dont have a GBA game in there....

i know the DS lite is like WAY better in all those aspects... but theres something about the original that is a tad better than the light. i bought the original a few months after it came out and i still play it to this day. when my mum bought a DS lite, i had a little go on it, but it didnt have the same feel.. too small for my liking, and the buttons are too clicky like... it really doesnt help when i'm trying to kick someones ass on metroid over wifi :( i dont know, i may be talking b***ocks here, but i do prefer the original :P.

i have owned both the ds and ds lite and there is a big differnce. DS lite is WAYYYYYYY better. I HATE the original
