DS Lite: which brightness setting do you use the most?

Which brightness setting do you use the most on your DS Lite? I change it depending on the game. For example, Picross DS is Lv. 3, Pokemon Pearl is either Lv. 2 or 3, Ouendan 1 / 2 / EBA / Zelda PH / Castlevanias / Brain Age 1 / 2 / Meteos / etc is Lv. 4; that's the one I use the most.

I usually play my DS in the train, I need to have it on Level 3, at home i use level 2

i usually go for right in the middle on 3, but i'm usually also borrowing someone else's... so it depends on what she's using :p

Level 3 most of the time, but level 1 if im having a quick go in bed before i sleep :P

I've been using level 1 and a little less than half volume. Bright enough for me...BUT i'm supposed to get 15-19 hr's of battery life if i play on the lowest setting right? I only get about 10 hours really.

How do you dim light players do with battery life?

I play on setting 1 or 2 depending on the game. I don't keep track of my hours per charge, but I notice it's a lot better on lower settings obviously. I'll turn it up if I'm outside.

i would use the higher Lv possible, i dont care if my battery would have to be recharged every 10 hours... but i have a phat DS, so that means i use Lv1...

I usually use lvl 1 because I don't want to charge it because I use it at places like school and stuff. The DS is my saviour in places where I'm bored as hell, and the last thing I would want is to be reading or playing something on it, and have it die on me. Then I'll be bored at school, and on the train. As for the question up there, I use lvl 1 and I get hella long life. I barely charge it, probably once every 3 days or so, and I use it ALOT. Though I don't play many games on it, until recently that is. But when it comes down to it I mostly use the ds to read mangas, comics, occasionally put videos and music on it too. I don't know if doing those things would waste anymore or less battery.

lvl 2 level 3/4 drains the battery out much faster and 1 is too dark
