If they can recreate Resident Evil for Ds, do you think they could pull of a MGS remake?? I think it can be remade. Sorry if a similar topic already exists.

I think they can do the first one, but it has already been remade for the GC. I think they should stick with newer games of the Ds. maybe a sequel to lunar knights.
Yeah MGS has been alredy remade for the GC. Maybe a RE2 remake would be great and more newer games :DI think they can do the first one, but it has already been remade for the GC. I think they should stick with newer games of the Ds. maybe a sequel to lunar knights.

Does it matter if MGS was on the GC? Wasn't the first Resident Evil also on GC?forgot_it
My point exactly
I think the remake of mgs on GC was graphically enhanced (not sure). That would mean mgs on ds would lack a lot in graphics. I'm not even sure if the ds cart c ou ld hold all the voice acting and cut scenes.
there are cards of 8GB two compact disc is only 1400 MB i have even heard that a ds card can have 32GBI think the remake of mgs on GC was graphically enhanced (not sure). I've never heard of a 8gb card, but you're probably right. But, I think the highest they've used so far is about 256mb for a game (starwars clonewars ds). That game has a decent amount of voice acting, but was very short. MGS probably has twice as much voice acting and cutscenes so it definitely won't fit. It'd ve cool if it did, but for now I just want a NEW game from them on ds (maybe with some downloadaable content for dsi).

No seriously, i never heard of it. a 32 GB card, while theorically possible, would be extremamely costly, also i never heard reports of one, if you could give us a link to your source the peharps... Even if it is 32 Gb, instead of 32 GB, it would be too much, because 32 Gb are like 4 GB. Well there is a way to do RE MGS with the DS without needing to massively strip it... making it a DSiware only game... using the SD storage card capacity, i think it would have enough memory to stock it all... but the question is if the DSi processors can handle it in the same way that the GC could...I think the remake of mgs on GC was graphically enhanced (not sure). How about this. Roy Campbell: "......Snake, its time to change the DS cart. Restart the system with DS cart 2 inserted."
