I really need help with this. While on my DSi using Flipnote Studio, I held down the power button to turn off my DSi, but the problem is that it never turned off. It just showed a plain while background on both screens, and it STILL remains like that. I just can't turn it off. No matter what I do, it stays like that. The power light is on and the charge light appears when I try charging it, but it just won't turn off at all. Anybody have an idea what the problem might be?

Let it die with the backlight all the way up. It should be fine after it dies...

You mean leaving it for the power to run out? Mabye that would work, hopefully. Thanks. If anbody has any other idea, tell me. ;)

Yeah. I could have sworn there was a button combo to reset the system, but I can't remember. Usually when power runs out, the system has to reboot, which is what you want it to do.

Wow. That's a problem I never heard before. You might want to send it to Nintendo for a check up while you still have a free warrenty.

Oh noes I have to use a phillips screwdriver and 30 seconds of my time! Heck of a lot faster than waiting for the battery to die and recharge it >.> BTW the old reboot was just A+B+Start+Select I think

You obviously have no idea how long it takes for me to find a tiny phillips head in my home.

This is just silly, batteries are meant to be consumer replaceable parts and have no affect on your warranty.
