dsi XL busted..request RMA assistance

i bought a dsi XL for myself back in april last year and id like to RMA it as the top screens is cracked.. its spiderwebed pretty badly. its still useable but their starting to hinder the overall experience.. so yeah anyone know how i got about RMA ing one? seriously this is the first time ive EVER had to RMA anything

yes i have.. i cannot locate the rma system.. for a dsi or dsixl

i found the dslite and ds however.. regretably their system isnt taking my serial number
