I read this comment in several internet sites, I believe they are from yhe same person: "I am just pissed that no one in North America can pick the Nintendo DSi XL up on March 28, 2010! BestBuy, GameStop and Amazon are all releasing on March 30, 2010. According to my several emails to their customer service centers." Is that true? Because i pre ordered mine and I they told me to go to pick it up March 28 not the 30.
I don't mind waiting two extra days but I don't want to drive to the store and comeback empty handed is a long drive :( . I will call the store and plan accordingly. Thanks for the answer :)
I ordered mine from Amazon and though technically it releases on the 28th I won't have it until Tuesday the 30th even with 1 day shipping. The whole releasing on a Sunday makes the shipping seem longer since my package won't get sent out until Monday.

Oh, I wasn't talking about you in that post, I meant the other person you quoted who was rather distraught about the extra two days. :P And no problem. I got my DSi back on release day and I live in an area way out from big cities, so you shouldn't have too much trouble.
I don't know man. I pre-ordered mine a while back, and I asked the clerk when It's going to be released and he said the 28th. So unless you pre-ordered, you might have a hard time trying to find it. Good luck though!
Your gamestop's call you? Wow...I've pre-ordered a few games/consoles in my time and never had them call me and tell me when to come and pick it up :(.
