Several developers and publishers have decided to drop out of E3 this year. On the other hand, Nintendo has not announced anything big for well over 9 months now. It's time for Nintendo to take the spot light and not give it back. I doubt neither Microsoft nor Sony have anything majorly new to share beyond pre-existing ideas.

It's time for Nintendo to unleash their beasts! E3 2008 is for us!

Don't get your hopes too high. Seriously, don't. It'll be a blow that'll kill you if nothing happens at E3.

Ya I agree with you. I have a funny feeling that they will announce a new Zelda game. *keeps fingers cross.*

I know it's not good to hype Nintendo for giving anything great. But I have a feeling this E3 will be different. Wiis have been selling like crazy, and Nintendo has A LOT of money right now. They haven't announced anything past E3 really, so I think that Nintendo is going to surprise us this year, I'm thinking a memory solution, better and more online games (pay and play), possibly headset. And they will anounce Animal Crossing Wii (pay and play?) with advanced online capabilites.

Wow even the thought of a new Zelda trailer gets me excited! They said the Zelda team is back together, so maybe that means a new Zelda game?

Don't most developers just churn out pre-existing ideas and sequels? It's not just Nintendo

I would like to see a mario & luigi game for the wii, That would be pretty cool. I would also like to see them so off the new FFCC for the Wii, not the wiiware game.

Reggie said himself the whole 2nd half of games for 08 will be announced at E3, and with the fact after Mario Kart its looking kind of dry this is Nintendo's time to shine and I am sure they will not disappoint.

I'm hoping for a good one too, but why would you assume that sony or microsoft don't have anything new?

I'm going to keep my hype level fairly low for now. I'm hoping to be pleasantly surprised.

If Nintendo doesn't announce either a new DK platformer, F-Zero or Pikmin, I've lost all faith in them.

If you don't have any expectations, you'll never be disappointed. We almost always know that Nintendo will deliver on what they do best. What I want to see is stronger 3rd party exclusives.(AA or AAA)

Nintendo prolly started working on the next zelda just a little bit after TP, and with a three year gap between WW and TP, an announcement seems likely. No matter what happens, I'll be excited. I'd honestly get the most excited from a new peripheral.
