There really isn't anything this year that's exciting me too much since Advance Wars DoR already came out...

I think Nintendo should announce the successor to the DS at E3. I doubt it would hurt existing sales since the people who would be early adopters likely have a DS or two already.ECG_24

Not really. I think that a new DS with stronger graphical capabilities, and upgraded processing and memory can attract new sales; not to forget possibly introduce a new genre (like a true RTS) to DS, and some new title. At the same time, they can keep releasing DS titles... kinda like how PS2 and PS3 overlap.

I actually want some good 1st party support; Pikmin, 2D Metroid, something good. And I doubt they'll talk about either another redesign or a successor altogether; I think it's a bit early for that, but it's going to happen (probably a third model first, then a 'DS2').

It's still selling like hotcakes on Wii's VC. Why force your audience to buy another copy in the same generation? Especially when that audience is asking to put VC on the DS?

Nintendo isn't Atlus, they can't fool us like that.

OMG, people are asking VC for DS? I never thought of that... That would be AWESOME. Finally an end to the Ocarina of Time DS topics :D. I think that last sentence sounded like I thought it was already out. My laptop's backspace key is broken so I can't fix that to put it in different tence >_> . I have to type slow, so I don't screw up >_< Anyway, VC for DS FTW!!
