I would be amazed if Nintendo does not decide to continue this already popular and successful franchise.
Lets hope that we get an even better track list time and, ill say it, even harder difficulty. Thats what made the first game so great.

I hope there's a 2nd one, that would be great, EBA has a special place in meh heart. If there is a second one, it should have Wifi.KidPriestessYea, I was very surprised by the thorough amount of multiplayer support, especially without Wi-Fi capability. Adding Wi-Fi option for the multiplayer modes would be fantastic.
I would prefer a more balanced difficulty. Some did feel too easy, but the ramp-up from the first stages to Jumping Jack Flash on any of the difficulties just felt too sudden.codezer0
It was pretty balanced imo. Well maybe I just got used to it really fast. Well I just hope for more songs, songs that don't suck. I remember there was a song that took me hours to finish(it was something with a ninja... the named deludes me though).

"eludes"...deludes means...something comically different in this case.
The song as Canned Heat by Jamaroqui (sp).
Is there going to be an Elite Beat agents 2 game?! I heard about that Ouendan 2 game, is it coming to the USA. Oh, and I'm sorry if this topic has been here already, but I'm not really up ro date.busak
To help you explain the relationship between Ouendan and EBA:
Ouendan is the first game to come out. It's basically EBA with Japanese Songs (minus the ability to skip intros and no bonus songs and no replay saves)
Then EBA came out. It added all the functionality that Ouendan lacked described before with an American themed tracklist.
Ouendan 2 came out after. It was basically EBA again except with a rival squad you also got to play as.
Both Ouendan and Ouendan 2 are easily playable by someone who doesn't know Japanese and can be imported by a number of sites like Play-asia or Ebay.
