Rosalina, because one i love her sound effect and she is fun. and two my friend thinks she is evil because she is the only character with some bass effect in her voice when she laughs. so now i always pick her :D
Bowser on his Bowser Bike, I've used this combo since when I first got the game (and I've always used Bowser in other Mario Karts), before I realized that it was probably the best vehicle in the game.
If i'm on a bike then it's Diddy Kong but if i'm on a kart then it would have to be Boo. I think these characters are best on the vehicles i use them on.
