If you download another set of dungeons, houses, and what not. Can they be transferred to a game in progress

yes they can. I got a couple extra dungeons (the ones to get more specialized adventurers) but by the time I did I already had hired the maximum number of adventurers and couldn't hire the new guys. I wish there was a way to fire the old ones.
